The dense trees and shrubs made it difficult for Nyla to run far from the house, she couldn't find the path or her own house. She was lost in these dark scary woods alone with no food, water, or even a shelter. "Its come to my attention that your lost little one?" Nyla turns to see a kind woman...or at least the shadow of a woman. "Please...come into the light....I c...can't see you very well..."

With a beautiful smile and cute little dimples on her face the young woman walks closer to the frightened girl. She had silver hair just like her daughter only it was down to her butt long and straight. Her bangs in the front were down to her neckline along with a little widows peak. The color of her eyes were a orange with the same red lipstick and eye shadow as her daughter. Her arms were crossed together in the front gently, she wore a pretty mint green dress with hangless sleeves, a snowflake necklace and matching earrings with clear high heels.

???- "My child, be not afraid of me, you can't survive out in these woods by yourself, you must come back with us, where your safe."

Nyla- *gulps* "I don't trust you or your family!"

???- *Her hand reaches out for Nyla's* "Please, you must understand why we.."

Nyla- *cries* "Understand what!? You monsters erased my father's memory of me, he's all I had left! My mother died from an impossible incident not too long ago and I still hear her voice around me! Leave me alone!!"

As shes about to turn away the woman knocks her out to sleep. "For your own good sweetie....we are here to protect you....not harm you..." Nyla was asleep in the woman's arms gently.

That evening a rainstorm flies over town covering everything in darkness, fog and heavy rain. Danielle was on the phone in her room, Jeric was by Nyla's side on the couch and their parents were making supper in the kitchen.

Nyla- *whimpers in her sleep* *her eyes flutter open* "J...Jeric...?"

Jeric- *sad eyes* "Don't you dare run off like that again...those woods are too dangerous. You could of been killed if my mother didn't find you in time."

Nyla stayed quiet until it was time for supper. She barely touched her plate. Danielle smiles, "Eat darling, a girl like you needs heathly nutrition and.."

Jeric- *elbows Danielle's arm*

Danielle- "Ouch! I'm just trying to lighten the mood.."

Mother- "Enough! Both of you! Can't you see Nyla is still scared! So no offense but your bickering isn't helping her!"

Father- "Nyla...what an interesting name....tell us a little about yourself and we shall do the same.."

Nyla- *adjusts herself in her seat* "Nyla is a name my mother gave me when I was born, outside the hospital window was a flower that was called a Nyla. She named me after that flower because it meant happiness and serenity."

Danielle- *smiles with her chin on her hand* "You have a beautiful smile, you know that? I guess I can tell you a little bit about me. As you probably may have guess from some of us...were all vampires, non of us except for you are human. My special vampire ability is to control minds. If we are ever in battle with other vampires, I control their minds. I can also see into the future, not all the time but some."

Nyla- *frowns* "Hehe, you seem like a lovely girl...I wish I had your confidence..."

Jeric- *winks at Nyla* *he slicks his hair back* "Well Nyla you already know a little about me but not all. My vampire abilities are super strength and hypnosis.

Father- *He smiles crossing his fingers together on the table* "Nyla first off you seem like a beautiful and kind girl. Our sincere apologies from my wife and I for not introducing ourselves earlier today. My name is Dave and I'm in a business. My abilities is speed and to freeze time."

Mother- *She runs her cold fingers through Nyla's beautiful hair* "Your hair is beautiful love. My name is Jenny, I'm a nurse and my vampire abilities are hypnosis and lush...meaning I spread love to others."

After everyone has introduced themselves Nyla felt better, she smiles and giggles as Danielle hugs her. Jeric winks at her again and the parents smile at each other. They continued on eating dinner, sharing stories and laughing around the table. Jenny cleans up as it was time to relax, the rain at this point slows down. Everyone showers and changes into warm pjs. Dave starts a warm fire and Jenny was in the kitchen.
