Dear diary

I got my ass kicked today, for the first time in fifty-seven years. I needed to go too central park for my work. Did I tell you what I do for living nowadays? I'm a news reporter and in central park someone committed a brutal murder on a young woman. As soon as I came there I was greeted by Angie. Angie works as a officer. 'Morning Maddy.' She greeted me. I smiled at her. 'Morning Angie, anything new?' I greeted her.

Angie gestured me to follow her. 'The bosses don't have a clue whats going on. The girl apparently bled to dead, seeing there isn't a drop left in her body. But she isn't covered in blood or was moved. She doesn't have big wounds, just two little ones on her throat.' Angie said, looking at me knowingly.

I shot her a look. 'What do you think, Maddy?' She asked. 'There hasn't been a murder like this I New York for eighty years.' I sighted, before saying: 'David will deal with this. You won't find the killer alive, or undead for that matter.' Angie nodded 'I know, damn it. I could have used a promotion.' She complained. I grinned and walked over to the body. I just needed one look to know Angie's suspicion was right. It was a vampire's work. 'Can I help you, madam.' someone said behind me. 'Do you have a comment on this brutal murder, Mr. Sangue?' I asked. My voice sounded so sweet, my teeth hurt. David Sangue didn't look amused tough. 'Any murder is brutal, Madam Lupo. Its no more brutal than tearing a human apart.' He said coldly, before he grabbed my arm and pulled me away from the cops and the body.

'You are on my territory again, milady.' He said. His old fashioned English accent shone through. 'I was send here by my boss, Sir.' I growled. 'I'll be gone before the sun sets.' To my despair my eyes narrowed and my teeth started to grow. I tried to contain my anger. David quickly turned my face towards the wall. 'Are you out of your mind, Maddy. Calm down.' He whispered. 'I'm trying.' I said, deeply breathing. As soon as my anger faded so did my wolfish looks. 'Good doggie.' David said in a teasing voice. I shot him an angry look and felt the well known feelings race through my body. 'Be gone before sunset or you will feel I haven't lost my strength in the last fifty-seven years.' he threatened, while stroking my hair.

'Sure thing, Dave.' I said walking up back to Angie. 'Hey, I'm off for the day, wanna go shopping?' Angie asked. So we went shopping in a mall close to central park. Off course we lost track of time and the moon was up as I dropped Angie off by her loft next to central park. Did I mention I only drive bikes. I've got a Harley for my birthday by my followers. Anyway, I needed to drive past central park to go home. I pulled my hood over my head and tried to drive fast, but my bike suddenly stopped as I drove past a shadow.

'I thought I warned you, Madeline.' David whispered in my ear. Off course I could have apologized and he would have let me go, but my pride was in my way. I swung my arm backwards and hit nothing but air. On my other side David laughed. 'Get off your bike and make this a fair fight, milady.' I parked my precious Harley and stepped of. 'Lets hit it, bat boy.' I jelled at David. A fierce blow blew me of my feet and threw me against a three. The tree made a loud cracking noise, but didn't break. I quickly got on my feet and got hold of a long stick and threw it to David. It hit him and threw him of his feet.

Suddenly I someone grabbed me from behind. 'No, Max. Let go of her. I challenged her.' David ordered. Max was a student vampire. What sounds odd, but David found him and is learning him how to be a vampire. Well as you might know I lost and my hole body hurts. When I finally lost, David calmly walked up to me knelt down beside me. 'Poor Puppy.' He teased, poking my stomach. I was to tired to react. When I didn't react David stroked my cheek. 'Madeline are you alright?' He asked worried. I growled. During the fight I changed into my wolf state. He picked me up and brought me home. 'Next time you come picking a fight lay down on time, milady.' He said on a stern voice. 'Fuck you, Bat boy.' I moaned. But David laughed 'Stay out of my territory.' he warned again, before leaving me lying in my bed. I moaned, My hole body hurt and I couldn't stand up. But I did manage to pull my dairy,(that's you), from beneath my pillow. Together with my pencil. To tell you how my day went. I don't know yet how to explain my bruises to my editor. Oh , I made and send my article during the lunch, Angie and I shared in central park. I can write very fast and because of that I usually have spare time.

with love,

Maddy
