Invincible

Prologue

'We are not going any further ' I say and turn to face them

'You're kidding right?' Davies asks looking at me like I just rejected the queens throne.

'No,not in the slightest bit' I respond

'You're crazy if  you think we're just going to give up after all we put into this attack' he says getting angry.

'I'm being serious' I state in a chill tone.

He laughs humorlessly and steps around me

'Alright guys enough of the show Sheila just gave us  let's move and I don't mind leaving without you' he gestures to me at the last part of his sentence.

'Let me warn you now' I say following them closely behind

'Its either we retreat now and all go home happy or you try to cross that border and either their  alpha or me kills you which will certainly be the latter' I finish the last part with a shrug.

'You're trying my patience sheila'   Ryan says walking over to me. 'I've tolerated your nonsense long enough and its becoming unbearable  so why don't you shut the fuck up and let's move on because I don't have time for bullshit like this' he spits venomously in my face.

I stare at him unflinchingly.
After having a staredown with him I push through to the front of the group and lean on a tree a few metres away from them
I take notice for the first time  that there are only two other girls here apart from my sister and I who have a plan cooked up for  these motherfuckers. I decide to keep the girls alive since they're mostly innocent and not fully in support of attacking the pack. I can even see one of them staring at me with a proud glint in her eyes.

I smirk

Okay back to business

'For the last time' I say sternly letting the wind carry my voice through
'Turn around and leave'

'Sheila' Ryan warns

'I'm not joking idiot' I say giving him a hard stare.

He growls

I smirk

'Way to go bitch !'

My wolf howls

'Oh shut it' I snap back at her

I turn serious once more 'I'm giving  you guys  ten minutes '

Ryan growls again

I ignore him

They make a move towards the border.

I jump in front of them

'I'm sure you heard me ' I grit out my patience running thin

'And what if we don't care to listen ?' Davies sneers

I smile evilly
'I'll kill you'

'Pfft' Ryan scoffs

'Now turn around and go'  I hiss.

'Why are we doing this now?'he asks

'What' I ask,  annoyed

'You didn't complain until we got here'

'Yeah,so?'

'Something's up' he says scratching his chin in thought

'Are you kidding me?I don't have time for this  they could get here any minute now  don't you think  they must've spotted us near their border lines?'
I huff in annoyance

'Now move' I say poking his chest

He laughs and gets all up in my face

Hasn't this idiot heard of personal space?

'Baby, our scents are covered' he says

' I don't give a fuck now move' I prod

'Feisty huh?'

'Move!' I bellow

He dips his head a little lower, his lips brushing against my ear
'Make me' he says in a whisper

I push him on his chest and catch him off guard because  he falls to the ground but immediately gets up and dusts himself up, smirking at me

Banshee

'I don't want to hurt you' I say seriously crossing my arms over my chest and stepping backwards  until my back hits the tree

Jason shifts back into his human form and sneers
'Is that so Sheila?'

'Yeah' I respond giving him a pointed glare

'It's actually stressful anyway and-'
He doubles over and lets out a bark of laughter

'You. Hurt. us?' He says in between bouts of laughter 
The other wolves snicker  and this makes my jaw tick in annoyance and I huff.
'Look, we're just going to ignore the fact that you just threatened to kill us and move forward to
execute our plan

'It's either you stay back and retreat or you go through me'I state strongly  putting my foot down and assuming a defensive stance for good measure.

They growl

Well then...

'A fight it is...' I smirk.
