After I Was Found

The Memories Are Gone

It was the middle of the day , and that's when I woke up . The only thing I remember is ... is my name , Gage that's my name .

" Hello " I said into the dark woods somewhat scared.

" Hello " I heard in the distance.

That's when I saw her , she was there with two other people but when she walked towards me the others stayed back. And then I blacked out .

" Hey , are you ok ? Hey wake up . " A young boy said he looked to be about fourteen .

" Huh , w-what ha-apend . " I maneged to say.

" Well we found you in the woods , and took you to our hide out , and you've been out for about two hours. " Said this boy wearing a blue mage robe with a gold trim .

"What , were , how , wh-" but I was cut off by the boy as he held up a needle , that's when I lost it . I threw the boy across the small room . Then I bolted for the door . " Dang its locked " I said . So I punched the door and it flew of its hinges . once I stepped out of the room the girl I saw in the woods, she tackled me and in a split second injected me with some clear serum and I blacked out again .

When I woke up again my head was pounding but worst of all I was tied to the bed I was on , the boy came back and said " Why did you throw me ! "
"I-Im afraid of ne-edles , sor-ry " I said trying to hold back the tears . " It's fine but how did you break the door " he said . " I d-don't know " I stutered .

"Well I hope Hayley didn't hurt you when she tackled you ."

" I'm sorry ." I said with shame .

" Well its fine I gave the medicine to you while you were asleep , so don't freak out , ok . "

" Ok " I said still shooken from the incident .

" So I didn't get your name . " He said .

" Oh its um Gage , whats yours ? "I asked .

" I'm Robert . " He said .

We just sat there in silence for a while untill a young girl walked in , she was wereing a light blue jacket , a light pink shirt and a pair of jeans , and had a what looked to be a journal in her hand . She had her nose stuffed in a book when she walked in .

" Hey Robert do you know were- " She stoped when she saw I was a wake .

" H-Hi . " I said trying to be polite

The girl looked at me for a moment and then pulled out what looked to be a missing flier from her jacket . She looked at me and then the image multiple times .

" Oh my god , no way , its you , your Gage Ozumaki the famous archaeologist who went missing five months ago . "

" I am ? " I said confused .

" Yeah , here look for your self . " She said exicitly .

She handed me the paper and to my surprise there was a picture of me with the word "MISSING" in all caps above my picture .

" I can't belive I'm meeting a famouse archeologist that I've been reading about for a while . " She said

" I can't believe I've been missing for five months and barely can remember only my name . " I said still wondering if I was dreaming .

Just then Robert said . "Well this is my friend Ashlyn . " " So Gage you must be hungry , why don't you come down stairs and we can make you some food . " He said with a smile .

" Ok , thanks . " I replied back .

So Robert and Ashlyn untied me and took me down stairs to eat , this place was huge when we left the room I was in I saw a long hall way and there were many doors some even were pad locked . We then went to the kitchen it was big with concrete table counters , and I could see what looked to be the living room it had a nice couch , a coffee table , a couple of been bags , a large book shelf full of books , and maps of places I've never heard or seen of .

" So what so you want to eat . " Robert asked me .

" Ramen , please " I responded

Robert made a bowl of ramen for me while him and Ashlyn looked at one of the weird maps in the other room . Sudenly Robert's watch beebed and he looked at it and looked at Ashlyn and showed her the watch .

"So Gage you almost done with that ramen there . " Ashlyn asked me .

I noded in reply

" Ok well we need to check on some thing you wanna come with us ? " She asked .

I said "Sure why not."

They led me further down stairs to a small room , then Robert typed in a passcode and these glass doors slide open. They led me through a hall way and into a large room with lots of chemicals,glass white bordes, machines, and computers .

"This is what we call the lab." Robert said to me as he pionted to every thing , hes was a,bout to explain toe what all this stuff was but interrupted him.

"I know what this stuff is you don't have,to explain it to me."

"Well that makes it a lot easier because he doesn't what half of this stuff is." Said a tall girl skiny girl.

Robert looks at the girl and says to me "This is Hayley"
