I am totally sick of go every time I read I book of imagines that the author would decide that everyone reading their book was white. I am a black woman and I will pretend to change my skin tone just to confirm what you think a person looks like reading your book.
I was tought growing up that I should be proud to be black. Also what person wears such heavy eyeliner. I really do not wear make up.(a little gloss) I am not emo okay. (No offense to emos)
