Wake up. Get out of bed. Brush my teeth. Go downstairs. Eat breakfast. Hear Mom cry. Watch Dad leave. Make coffee. Leave. Get on the bus. Sit in the front. First day of school. Get to school. Sit in first period. Girl walks in. Sits next to me. Turning to say 'hi' I'm interrupted by a very irritated teenager. Taking my bag and throwing it across the room,
"You're in my seat.". Looking at him more closely he was about 6' tall and unreasonably skinny for a his height. His breath smelled like eggs and hi eyes were a dark brown that resembled the colour of feces. Me being a whole 5' 8" and 140 lbs soaking wet, I look him right in his shit brown eyes and say
" oh really? I don't see your name on it.". This might have been a bad idea seeing as he punched me directly in the fast as soon as I had challenged his authority. I was sent to the nurse to fix my bludgeoned eye and he was sent to the office for fighting in school. later finding out his name was Zack Watson, he was actually two years older than the rest of the sophomores and had just failed two years in a row. And that apparently the girl that had sat next to me was his girlfriend. Bad move. An even worse move was to pick a fight with the principal's son. Yea that's right, that strapping young man that hit me in the face was none other than Mr. Watson's, the principal, son. After treating my wound, I was sent down to the office as well to see what to do about the situation. Upon my arrival I notice two things; 1. Every last staff member refused to look me in the eye. 2. There were three people in the office, Mr. Watson, his son, Zack, and my father. Walking in Mr. Watson Asks me to have a seat.
"so , Mr. Jacobson.", speaking now to my father. "Your son, Noah has gotten into a fight with Zachary."
"It wasn't exactly a fight." I said quietly. They all gave me unnerving looks. "Well all that happened was I said something and Zack punched me in the face.". That didn't settle well with him as he gets up and stares me dead in the eyes.
"Detention for a week, no excuses.", then turning to his son, "I'm disappointed in you. You will be joining him in detention.".
"What!?", we both screamed. Looking up at my father begging him to do something about it, he just stared and shook his head. This is unbelievable, not only did I not actually fight anyone I still got detention. To make matters even worse, that asshole has it with me. Ugh could today get any worse.
