A Dimwitts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse

So let me preface this entire journal with, neither of us is any good at surviving, both of us would have taken the chance to die but after ending up here we found ourselves wanting to go back home. The world seems to be like ours, with the addition of magic. Maybe that's what causes this zombie outbreak. So far we haven't seen anyone else, even though we've only been here a day, we have learned quite a bit. Apparently, the weapons we arrived with are from games we played recently, as well as they come with certain abilities. Vincent, my friend, has Groh's double saber. he can make it into whatever the hell you call the combined version or just split it into two separate swords. apparently, when he focuses it allows him to move at an insane speed for a few seconds, but it tires him immensely. We think this is because of the magic in the world and our limited use of it. maybe in time, we can get better at it. Oh, and before I forget, I have a scythe that can transform from a cane into a full scythe, and tapping the spike at the bottom of the cane or scythe allows me to teleport a short distance. I'm assuming around 10-15 meters in distance, obviously it can be shorter if I focus but I get around 3-4 teleports before I start feeling exhausted. for now, I think we should use these to get out of dangerous situations and not to fight. Vincent just woke up so we are going to continue walking to the center of the city. so far the layout seems the same, so we are going to keep referring to places from how we remember. SoDo here we come.
