Walking briskly through the airport hall, a young black American, Felicity Willis, with her luggage behind her. Her head up high with a confident look on her face even though underneath things bothered her young mind......facing her family again." Where to miss" the cab driver asked as she approached him " home" she said underneath her breathe, " am sorry dear I didn't get you" the driver said knocking her out of her thoughts " what?.... Oh...yes...right.... Acacia planes" she said and the driver zoomed off with her in the backseat.
Many couldn't resist such a beauty as Felicity and the driver was one of the many, he kept starring at her from his rear mirror, but Felicity was lost in thoughts " how will home look like" she wondered " Mordecai should be 16 now " she thought. Passing familiar sites as they went on, memories kept swooshing into her head, and suddenly the car came to a stop. "We're here miss" the driver said. She paid him and he winked at her, but not giving a care, Felicity began moving. People stopped and looked at her but she didn't mind. Her eyes were glued on the cream coloured building at the end of the road. With each step, her heart beat faster, then came the long awaited time.....a knock at the door. "Who's it?" A male voice answered from within and her heart sank. Suddenly the door swooshes open and a handsome black boy with weaved hair opened the door." Mordecai?...... Mordecai!!!!" Felicity exclaimed " who's it swidy" an elderly woman asked from within " mom you ain't gonna believe this" Mordecai said not taking his eyes away from Felicity. " what the heck is going on here.....Felicity is that you honey?" Maria asked as she came outside " yes " Felicity answered in sobs, mother and daughter give each other a big hug as Mordecai stands watching in tears.
