Ayano awoke from her bed, and decided... That today was going to be just as boring as every other day.
She was starting her first day at Akademi highschool, Which was something she should be excited about but, she didn't know how to feel excited, she never did.
Ayano noticed that her mother hadn't called her down for breakfast yet.
She walked down the stairs and noticed the basement door was open and her moms voice called up from below " Honey, Is that you?"
"Yes Mother."
Ryoba walked up the basement stairs carrying her suitcase.
"Me and your father are going to AMERICA!" Ryoba exclaimed.
"Why mother."
" Oh-ummm... To visit. An old.... Friend! Yes! A Friend! Heh..." She laughed.
"Is grandma coming over to watch me." Ayano asks.
" No, I've decided that you can take care of yourself! Your 18 darling!" She says.
"Now come over and give your mother a hug! Your probably won't see me or your father for 10 weeks!" Ryoba laughs.
I walk over and hug her, she smells like vanilla, with a tint of her rose perfume.
I feel her hand stroking through my long black hair, the same color as hers, and my fathers.
"Now don't eat ramen noodles for ten weeks, alright darling" she jokes.
Mom thinks that my No Emotions thing is a gift and that it will be fixed soon.
