It was only a friendly circus that my family went to we were fine and happy. I was happy, but it did not last. When the show was over my brother was skipping around my feet with his candy stained teeth and sugar covered cheeks. I smiled until I was pulled away from my family. I tried to pull from the grip but before I could I was pulled into a kiss.
"What?" I pushed my hair out of my face and saw Nick with his green eyes and his big smile.
"So... " He knelt down on the ground and pulled out a diamond ring that simmered in the light. "What's your answer"
"YES!!" I screamed jumping onto him as he swung me around. People were taking pictures be we did not care. He pulled me into another kiss and then we ran from the crowd and ran to my family. Me and Nick were holding hands when we approached.
"Lik!" my brother yelled. Nick lifted him up and tickled him
"Hi Nick!" my parents said
"I was wondering where you were" Dad said happily
I smiled and took my parents hands and placed my hand on theirs.They looked confused then saw the ring.
My mom squealed and my dad hugged me, Nick walked over.
"You better take care of my daughter" My dad said pulling Nick into a hug.
A few minutes had passed and we started to walk to the cars I went to Nick's and My family went to there car. I kissed Nick on the cheek and he opened the door. I sat inside and he shut the door walking to the other side. When he got in the car I remembered I needed my bag from my My family's car's trunk. I ran over to the car and grabbed my bag then started walking back.
"Emily NO!" My mom yelled, I turned. Bright lights veered close and everything felt in slow motion. The car banging against my body my bones shattering, the blinding light, the shattering glass, my bloody body, then black.
Sirens screamed around me and I was lifted up by two blurry figures. Red and Blue lights shining. Two more blurry figures ran beside me one holding my arm the other holding my other hand. Then black again.
My eyes opened still blurry. My shocked through my body. I bit my lip and tears trickled down my cheek. It was not as painful as expected but still hurt. I was in a white gown and every one of my limbs had casts. My eyes still not cleared up saw a blurry figure walk in the room. It had a soft voice but was choking up when it spoke.
"Emily!" It called running to the side of the bed.
"N-ni-c-k" I said in my scratchy voice. He kissed my cheek and did what seemed like nodding but he was to blurry to tell. Then a beep came from a machine beside me.
"Stay with me Emily!" He yelled "Doctor!"
The last thing I ever saw was black.
