Normal P.O.V
ᏢᎬᎢᎬᎡ Pevensie was looking at his watch. His siblings were late. The train was due to come at any minute. It was a quarter past seven, and thank goodness the train hadn't arrived yet.
Looking up from his watch for the first time in 10 minutes, he looked around at his surroundings. It was as boring as always.
The dirty, cracked stone walls shone a bit for some reason, and it felt like someone was touching him, the sensation you get when you've sat a long time, and that place gets numb. "Hey, stop it!" He yelled out, yet no one was touching him. People started getting faster, and their paces looked like jogs.
He then turned his head around quickly in disbelief as the walls started cracking down. "This- it's some kind of magic!" His hands were tingling, and more of his surroundings disappeared. The people, the benches, the steam, everything. Then just as he blinked, everything stood still, and quiet.
Peter didn't realize that he closed his eyes until now. He slowly opened them, to see himself in a cave, next to a beach where the water was clear, and the sand was white. The sun looked new, and the sky was as blue as ever. Flocks of seagulls were flying above him.
"Woah.." He mumbled to himself, as he took off his jacket to his uniform, and threw it out onto the sand. Running forward, he didn't have a care in the world now. The weight on his chest was gone, his heart wasn't thumping nervously anymore. It was calm, it felt safe. It was safe.
It seemed so familiar, so magical. He stopped for a second, as the wind blew at his dirty blonde hair, and his blue eyes matched the clear waters above him. "Narnia." He said out loud, as a grin appeared on his face. Yet, he wasn't as happy as he was supposed to, that he was back in the place he ruled in as High King before, it didn't seem right without his siblings. He'd had to make the best of it, it was only rare that you appear in a world like this. Right?
He'd look around again, focusing his sight on a mountain. "I don't remember there being ruins in Narnia."
He shrugged, and he picked up his jacket on the sand and dusted it off.
Deciding to go ahead and check out what it was, he set off to go find a route to go up.
[ᎢᏆᎷᎬ ᏚKᏆᏢ, 2 hours later.]
Peter by now was panting. His legs felt like they were gonna stop working at any second now, and they felt numb. And by numb, I mean numb. He had just climbed up the steps, and he had found himself covered in an orchard, and beyond that lay ruins.
Again, something about it felt familiar. He had remembered planting trees in Cair Paravel, but this couldn't be it. It had only been a year since he had been in Narnia. Unless someone had torn it down, there wouldn't be ruins.
Somewhat limping, Peter had managed to get in the middle of the site. It did seem incredibly familiar. Would it have been possible for this to be Cair Paravel, the beautiful castle that he used to reign in? Seeing the possibilities, it seemed so weird. He looked straight at a ruin, it was quite mossy, but it seemed like some kind of wood was behind the vines. He saw an axe on the ground, and picked it up, and started heaving at the wood. Soon enough, it broke, and he stepped inside. There were stairs leading down, and it looked quite scary. He saw a touch at the side, and he took a lighter out of his pocket and lit it, slowly starting to walk down the stairs.
Soon enough, the creepy effect wore off. He reached the bottom of the steps, and saw gold, silver, diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, amber, and much more. After lighting all of the torches around the room, everything was clear now.
This was the treasure room in Cair Paravel, where they had stored their gifts of Father Christmas. He had remembered where they had put them. In a chest. His eyes locked on a particular one. It was a beautiful chest, as it had gold lining, a pure silver lock, and it was made out of willow trees, with extricate symbols on it.
Opening it, he had saw his sword Rhindon, with it's shield, and Lucy's daggers and coridal, and Susan's Bow and Arrows, though her horn couldn't be found, and Edmund's sword. It was all there. He had taken out his own gifts, and he unsheathed Rhindon. It had not rusted a bit. And the words carved into it were still there.
He then heard a creak from the door, and before he knew it, he was pinned to the wall by a quite beautiful girl with long black feathery wings, long silky blonde hair, and forest green ivory eyes. She had her sword pinned to his neck, and she was giving eye contact.
"Who are you?" She asked
"Who are you?" He replied
"I asked first."
"I asked second."
They both glared at each other. Peter then rolled his eyes. "Fine. I am, [Get ready for the many, many titles.] High King Peter the Magnificent, Lord of Cair Paravel, Emperor of the Lone Lands, and Knight of The Most Loyal Order of the Lion. But, you can call me Peter. You?"
She stood there in disbelief, and Peter looked at her confused. "The kings and queens of the old are long gone, and they have been gone for 1300 years. That is impossible."
"Wait what?" He asked
"I'm not dumb, of course you're not High King Peter. He had just disappeared many many years ago, with his siblings, and without a trace on notification."
"I know how I can prove who I am." He smirked-
"How?" Her glare looked hard and merciless.
"With a sword fight of course, wasn't High King Peter the best sword fighter of his time?"
She thought for a second, her sword still tightly pressed to his throat, and he was sure that there'll be a bruise there later.
"Alright, but no trickery, or else you'll know what'll happen." She released the blade from his throat, and Peter took a deep breath.
"I'll wait upstairs. Do not try to escape. I'll find you." She started up the stairs, and Peter stood there frozen in time for a second.
For how pretty she was, she wasn't has nice as you would think when you saw her. Though he didn't pay attention to her clothes, she was wearing a black dress, with some worn out boots and a sheath. The dress had a rose pattern to it. She probably had really liked roses because there was one in her hair too.
He then blinked, took another deep breath, and got into his armor, and walked upstairs. The girl had been twirling her hair a bit.
"Ready?"
He nodded, "Ready."
