My name is Scarlet Madison. I'm 15 years old. I am the only child. And I have wonderful parents.
"Hey, earth to Scarlet? You there?"
"Oh sorry Amy. I was just thinking about stuff."
That's my best friend Amy. We've known each other since we were preschool.
"Okay then. You doing anything this weekend?"
"I don't think so. Why? Got something on your mind?"
"Well, I was thinking about heading to our local cafe to relax a bit." Said Amy.
"Sure sounds like a great idea."

"Well see you later then." I said while heading to my next class.
TIME SKIP TO END OF THE SCHOOL DAY
As I was walking to the direction of my house, I saw a lot of police cars passing by. I shrugged it off and kept on walking. Then, in front of my house were surrounded my police officers.
"Um excuse me, what happen?" I ask one of the police officer.
"Oh there has been a murder in this house. I suggest you to be careful while walking home kid."
"BUT THIS IS MY FUCKING HOME!" I scream then run pass the officer.
I smell a metallic scent. It was blood. No doubt.
And right then and there. I saw my dead parents. Blood covered them all. It all seems like it came out of a horror movie. But it's not. It's all real. Right in front of my eyes. My parents are dead. I could feel the darkness caving in. Then I pass out.
