It had been almost three years since she'd had any relapses. The pills she was taking were doing their job and she didn't really have anything around her that would trigger a relapse. Still, that one fateful morning she woke up and looked in the mirror, as she usually did, and she saw her. After three happy years she'd come back...

- "Hi there Lucy..." She said in a teasing tone that bordered on psychotic. "It's been a while huh...?"

- "No... impossible..." Lucy muttered out as she turned around to face her. Fear had started to consume her. "Lilith... y-you're supposed to be..."

- "Erased?" Lilith interrupted. "Yeah, I know... But guess what dear, I'm not. Those pills you're taking were supposed to keep me under control right...?"

Lucy looked over at her nightstand, the pills she was supposed to take the night before were still there.

- "No... it can't be... I-I haven't missed a day in three years!"

- "Yeah well... you kind of screwed it all up last night. That party last night was good wasn't it? I imagine it was because you got home and fell asleep five minutes before you were supposed to take them." Lilith started walking towards Lucy as she kept speaking. "Five... minutes... Just five. If you could have just held on for five goddamn minutes I wouldn't have been able to come back. So, thank you Luce... thank you for fucking it all up."

As Lilith got closer, Lucy started to move towards her night stand. Lilith noticed this and, although she was already close to Lucy, stopped dead in her tracks.

"Oh so, now you're going to take them. You think that will make it better? Well you know what, go ahead..." She said as she stood close to Lucy. "You already messed up and now, it doesn't matter what you do..." Lilith started to crawl through Lucy's bed almost in a sensual manner and, once she was once again next to Lucy, leaned over and whispered teasingly into her ear. "...I'm not going away." Then she proceeded to bite Lucy's ear softly while chuckling

Lucy quickly pushed Lilith away, put the pills in her mouth and, somehow, swallowed them without taking a gulp of water. She then closed her eyes and started to mutter "Go away. Go away. Go away." Repeatedly. After a minute, she opened her eyes and Lilith was gone. She stood up, looked in the mirror and started to cry uncontrollably. Her mother heard her crying and barged into the room. She saw Lucy crying and quickly ran over to her. As she kneeled to hug her, she asked.

- "Lucy... what happened? What's going on?" Lucy quickly hugged her mom and, barely being able to form her words, said.

- "She's back... She's back to haunt me...!" And then continued to cry.

After three years of finally being happy and free from the evil that was Lilith, one little mistake could cost her the sanity she'd had. She messed up. And now, she had no idea when Lilith would come back to make her life a living hell.
