Chapter 1 Two Years Later On The Other Side

It has been two years since Edward and Alphonse had saved the world... well, both worlds. Ed and Al are traveling from place to place, looking for something that looks like a home. In the U.S, Ed was walking in a market. He was getting fruit for him and his brother to eat until he looks at a small hut that sells the metal. A woman was standing there looking around. Ed's eyes widened and noticed that it was... "Winry?!... Winry what are y-"  He stopped talking. The woman that Ed called walked towards him. "Um... I'm sorry, how do you know my name?" She said confused. He froze for a moment and replied back. "O-Oh. Sorry, I'm a bit of a fan of your......." He looked at what she was holding and continued. "Weaponry.." he finished. She smiled, "Oh really? Have you used my Artillery?" She asked. He scratched his head and nodded. "Uh- yes. I have." The woman smiled, "Oh my gosh!! So they Actually used my Artillery!?!" She said fangirling. "I can't believe they did it!!!" She continued. Ed smiled and thought. "She's just like my Winry from home. Always excited that people are recognizing her work." He then was stopped by the other sides Winry and she asked. "So did they actually work? Did it do any good?" She asked, curiously. Ed nodded. "Y-yes! They worked!" He added as Winry jumped up and down happily. A bell rung and got both Ed and Winry's attention. "Ah! I've got to go!" She said running off. "Alright then." He responded.

Hours later Ed was walking past the city and into rural lands, full of lakes, ranches, etc. There were barely any houses there, so it had to be the other sides version of Winry's house. He continued to look around and saw a house afar.
It was yellow, with a green rooftop and a small bridge that goes to it just like the house he and Al would spend time in, on his true side. Ed walked towards it and looked around, wondering if he was dreaming. He went up to the door, put his hand on the nob and stayed still. He let go of it and went on with his life.... for now.
