Performing & Pinky Promises (Beside You)

Start from the beginning

That's adorable.

"Evie, people ask loads of questions on first dates. It's ok." I reassure her. "As long as you don't ask when me and the band are getting back together...We've all answered that question loads of times." I tease.

"Oh darn. That was my question." She says and for a second I think i've screwed up until she breaks into full blown laughter.

"Relax, Niall. I was kidding!" She exclaims, filling the car with laughter. "You should have seen your face."

I shake my head in laughter with her.

"Ok now the real question. You don't have to answer it if you don't want to though." She warns.

"Hit me." I encourage her.

"Are you going to go on a solo tour?" She asks, and I think it's adorable that she was so nervous to ask this.

In all honesty I could see where this would be something on her mind. I mean if we continue to do whatever we're doing here, a tour would make things a little difficult so I guess it's important to know before we get too deep in this.

What if she doesn't want to be with me if I tour?

"Um....That's kinda the plan. But it's a loose plan, so I don't really know yet." I shrug.

"I'm writing an album, that's mostly the reason i'm here this week...even though it turned out to be more than just a work trip." I smirk, winking at her as she giggles. "I want to tour, because like I said: I miss it. It's my favorite part of this job and i'll always love doing it."

"I sense a but..." She says, shifting in her seat so she's sitting side ways to look at me. She rests her head against the head rest and continues to play with our fingers but more slowly and fluidly now as if she's more relaxed now.

"But... I just don't know if anyone would come."

"What?!" She exclaims, appalled that I would even say such a thing.

"What i'm writing now is truly the kind of music that I love and that I grew up listening to. It's completely different from the band and that's what everyone is going to expect from me. They may not stick around once I release the album." I shrug.

"I'll come." She says with a sweet smile tugging at her lips.

"You will?" I ask, looking at her in disbelief as we've just stopped in front of her house.

"Yeah." She nods.

"You don't even know what the album sounds like. It could be horrendous."
