I'm so proud of you, Lia.

Aris: Die. I was here before. I accidentally typed my name as Ai.

Hi Ai. I love it when stuff rhymes hahhah xDDD

--------------------------------------------------------------

"LET ME GOOOO!!" A high-pitch shriek echoed through the mountains as two figures flew in midair.

Suddenly, the arms that were wrapped around her disappeared, causing the hazel-coloured hair girl to break into a freefall.

"HELP!!" Ai screamed as she fell. The mysterious man smirked, dove downwards and caught her again, saving her from hitting the ground within a few seconds.

"Oy! Why did you release me all of a sudden in midair?!" Ai asked when he resumed flying.

"You were the one who told me to let go." His smirk did not waver, as vein popping began to become noticable on Ai's forehead. "Damn you! I nearly wet myself there-" She stopped, and her eyes widened in fear and shock once again. "Hey, where the hell are you taking me?!"

When he ignored her, she began hitting his hand while cursing at him.

"You have a pretty dirty mouth there."

"Shut up! You haven't answer my question! Where are you-"

"I guess you should shut up before I release you again without saving you."

At those words, Ai kept her mouth shut, and looked around, but all she saw were mountains and the clouds. She looked down and gulped. "We're so high up that everything down there looks so small, like ants maybe? Or smaller?"

--------------------------------------------------------------

The hazel-coloured hair girl stopped screaming after sometime. In fact, Ai was starting to lose her patience.

Cursing a little softer this time, she tipped her head up to the sullen guy that was carrying her. "For the last damn time-" she stopped halfway through her sentence.

Since she'd had her eyes either closed or looking towards the ground since his last threat, she hadn't noticed how his expression had darkened considerably and now resembled, in all honesty, a terrible thunderstorm, his eyes glinting dangerously with a look of rage that bordered on insanity. His messy, sloppily-cut hair flying everywhere as the wind rushed through it only served to further enhance the stormy look.

His mood, too seemed to have taken a turn for the worst- she could almost see the waves of anger radiating off his scowling face.

Half of her felt relieved that she hadn't pissed him off any more than he already was, while the other half wondered if it was possible for his face to get any more contorted. Maybe he'd end up looking like a constipated, crumpled up piece of paper.

After taking a time to properly imagine that, it took quite a lot of self-control to not burst out laughing there and then and risk being sent plunging to a very ugly, painful death.

All of a sudden, a grumpy "Almost there," came from that crumpled paper face, answering her unfinished question. Ai realized that whenever he spoke in that low voice of his, since she was basically being held to his chest, she could feel a deep rumble through his chest like an incoming earthquake, a tremor that signaled destruction.

Maybe it did.

--------------------------------------------------------------

After a few moments of silence save for the howling of the wind, Ai decided to test her luck. "Where the hell are we going anyway?" she asked tentatively, scared now to provoke him.

Seeing as how the air had gotten colder and there were what seemed to be jagged, dangerous stone spikes underneath them, she assumed that they were in some mountain range.

Why was he bringing her to a mountain peak anyway?

To sacrifice her to the king of the gods, maybe?(Did he just look at me weird just now, what did I say?!)

Drop her through the air and see which would kill her first, the impact, the mountain peak or some god-sent lightning?!

Wait, didn't he say he was the god of war?! Shoot, don't gods of war kill innocent little girls for fun?!

'Ahhh I don't wanna die youngggg...'  She felt like crying.

She heard a scornful "tch" as the guy (god?) gave her a terrifying smirk.

"Nearly half correct," he said with that cocky tone of his. Was it just her imagination or had his expression lightened slightly?

"I'm taking you to see a friend. Don't worry, she doesn't bite."

Ai felt all her blood drain from her face. If she could see herself in a mirror right now, she was sure that she would be at least ten shades paler than she should be.

'I don't care whether the other god who seemed ok just now was his friend or not, any friends of this psycho here is mega bad news, I don't care what he says. This guy is bad news. All his friends are bad news. I just wanna go back to school or go home or something-----!!!'
