Getting active is fundamental to having good physical health.

Being productive and active also really improves your mental health.

Studies show that exercise can treat mild to moderate depression as effectively as antidepressant medication—but without the side-effects.

In addition to relieving depression symptoms, research also shows that maintaining an exercise schedule can prevent you from relapsing.

If the weather isn't bad where you are,  get outside!

Go for a walk or run!

Play a sport!

Go to a park!

Get on a trampoline!

Go rock climbing!

If you can't get outside, try some indoor activities!

One indoor activity I LOVE is
learning the splits.

Some people are naturally flexible, but some people need to do stretches in order to master them.

Look up split stretches on YouTube and you can find lots of tutorials to getting your split overtime.

Be careful though!
And don't overexert yourself!

Weekly goal: Spend at least 15 minutes each day on an indoor or outdoor physical activity next week.
