Inside Out, Outside In

Cut to the core and turned inside out,
Topsy turvy turned around and upside down.
The feet are at the head, or maybe mirrored in,
Left to right, back to front, who knows where the beginning starts and ends.

Where are we now, outside in,
The light is there but rather din.
We all see white and black with no where in the middle gray is gone astray.

Mazes here amazes there, we weave and bob and dip about, with no idea where the story ends, the goal was here but now it bends, the light refracts, the dark recedes, the blinding sight startles and deceives.

Outside in, Inside out, we know the truth but it's gone and no where to be found.
The dawn will come with soft light glowing,
Illuminating all, so that the inside is out and we all start growing.
