Two months later, Emily swim team won the trials. Aria and Ezra has decided to adopt a baby Aria had a huge smile on her face and so did Ezra as they both kiss each other .
Months later, Hanna has been sober and stop drinking heavily. Hanna and Caleb have been looking at adoption agencies, and they both have adopted a Korean baby girl and Hanna has return to designing clothes.
"Hey baby." Hanna said as she picks up her new baby.
Caleb smiled at their new baby as he hold her, while Hanna showed her new clothes that she design for the baby. Then Hanna and Caleb kiss.
And as for Emily, she is getting help taking care of Grace and Lily by her mother.
Once Spencer return from to Rosewood, both of the girls visit Alison's grave.

Aria, Spencer, and Hanna arrived at the cemetery with white roses, while Emily had one of Alison's old Barbie doll. They laid the roses, in front of her grave. Emily kiss the barbie doll and laid it in front of the grave.
"We miss you, Ali." Emily said as both of them side hug each other.
Minutes later, they walk away leaving the gravesite.
"So, Congratulation on the adoption, Aria." Spencer said.
"Thanks, Just a few more months and we'll have a baby girl." Aria said as she chuckle.
"How's the new baby treating you, Hanna?" Emily said.
"Wow, she's handful already. Plus, she loves the clothes I made her." Hanna said.
"So, Aria, you and Ezra figure the gender yet?" Hanna said.
"Yep, we're having a girl." Aria said.
The rest of the girls were excited for Aria.
"Oh my god, Aria! That's great!" Spencer said.
"Looks like we're both carrying girls now. I might need to get some tips on parenthood though." Aria said.
"Yeah me too." Hanna said.
"Don't worry, I'm a mother of two, so, I'll teach you guys how." Emily said.
"Thank you, Emily." Aria said.
"Hey, Aria is it okay for me to be the godmother?" Spencer said.
"That would be a great idea." Aria said as she smile at Spencer.
"Hey guys." Hanna said. "Thank you guys for being in my life. Even though we had a lot of ups and downs in our life. I'm glad you are BFFS." she continued.
"Me too." Spencer said.
"Me three." Aria said.
"Me four." Emily said as both of the girls laugh.
