Lilith stared at Caym's teeth. Then she smiled.
"That's really cool," She told him with awe
He stared blankly at her. Then he retracted his fangs and protruded them once again.
"This is cool?" He questioned and she nodded in response.
He looked at her bewildered.
"Maybe you didn't hear me correctly," He started, "I'm a vampire,"
Lilith wasn't sure what she was missing. She gave him a vacuous look.
"Vam-pi-re" He slowly repeated
Then he laughed. "Wow, you're foreign to this place aren't you,"
Lilith stared at him innocently and shrugged in response.
"You mudanes," Caym said while walking over to a tree close by and sitting down.
Lilith was taken aback, "Did you just call me boring?"
He chuckled, "A mundane with a vocabulary,"
Lilith gasped and huffed while moving towards him and taking a seat in the dry leaves just like he did. She silently enjoyed the sound of them breaking into smaller pieces.
"You're using that word incorrectly," She pointed out proudly"What are you like?"
He stared at her for a while before looking away.
"I'm cursed by mundanes and even I few of my kind, I'm wretched and feared,"
"Feared?" Lilith repeated
Caym nodded,"Feared,"
"What can you do anyways?"
Caym's head snapped into her direction. He stood up quickly, as if offended.
"What can I do?" He repeated
He then jogged back a bit from Lilith and leaped backwards in the air and landed a good 20 feet away. They then slowly walked up the nearest tree and hung upside down with the soles of his feet planted flat on the branch. He jumped from there and landed quietly on his feet and bowed. Then he stood back up.
"I'm also insanely strong," he declared before creating a crater size hole in the tree he just landed from.
He stepped calmly forward as the tree slammed into the dirt. Lilith closed her eyes and debris came close. And in a flash Caym was back beside Lilith.
They were both quiet and Lilith listened to the wind. It was blowing rather fast, as if it was in a hurry to get away from something.
"I'm also wretched," Lilith said looking up at Caym, "Even those people in the village despise me and wish to kill me,"
