Well... I might as well introduce myself since I'm telling the story. My name is Roseanna Tyler. I live in Robins, Georgia. A small, elegant, yet boring town that only has one stoplight. I live with my parents since I'm only fifteen. Anyways, there are two things I ask of you as the reader. Please keep a very open mind, and that you can't tell anyone what I'm going to be saying in this story. Okay with that in mind let's get started with the first adventure.

William, my boyfriend, invited me to a huge family dinner that involved me meeting over 100 people, which was nerve-racking to me. I was on my last curl when I heard my dad greeting his mom into the house. As soon as I unplugged my wand, I slipped out of the bathroom into my room to get my sandals. I got my sandals off my bed, and after I put them on my dad told me he loves me. I said love you back as always. I walked out of the house to see his mom got into a truck ready to go. I climbed in after her, and we drove off.

His mom and I chatted right until we got into their driveway. As she put the vehicle into park, I got out of the car. I walked towards the side door, and Rocky, William's dog greeted me when I open the door to let myself in. William sitting in a chair playing a game on his Nintendo Switch. Within ten minutes of hanging out, we were told to get into another car.

After what felt like an eternity, We pull up to a cabin. The cabin was a massive, tall building with a graveyard in the distance. I got to the doors and took a deep breath as I pushed the double doors open. It took my breath away from how many families came to this dinner. My face probably revealed what I'm feeling because William held my hand to reassure me that everything was okay. I gave him a smile in return. Then he let go of my hand and went to one of his cousins named Kayla, she was wearing a pink and orange tie-dye shirt with leggings that had pockets. She also had on cute flat-footed sandals. Once we got to talk to her for a little bit. We started walking to the graveyard. William started to say to Leia"I haven't been here since the funeral."

"Same" Leia replied. A long silence settled into the air around us as we stared at the headstone. We hiked back into the building. William started to map out his entire family.

His family, including extended family, are divided into four clans. You got the Andy clan, Randy clan, Marcus clan, and Jamie clan. William is a part of Andy's clan. After William got done explaining how his family works it was time to eat.

Someone said a blessing. We got up by tables. We were one of the last tables to get food. After a hot minute, it was our turn to get food. On the way there, I made a promise to myself to try three new foods. Everything looked so good. My three foods were red velvet in a cup, cheesecake in a cup, and cream and corn. I took one bite of the cheesecake and the red velvet. I ended up giving them to William. He ate them up like it was nothing. William always had a healthy appetite when it came to food. One of the many benefits of having a boyfriend. I ate the cream and corn, and most of my plate.

When we got done eating. William and I walked to a table where there were pictures of who passed away. He explained who there were, how they're related, and when they died, most of them died before we were even thought of. After he got done talking people started to come to us and talk to William like they just saw each other yesterday, even though he hasn't seen them in years, which I was just amazed. By the time I got back to reality, the conversations ended.

William started to guide me back out to the graveyard. He started to share how he reacted at her funeral. I linked my arm with his support. I could see the grief and sadness looming over him. As a girlfriend I wanted to take that all away and make him smile, however, I let him talk. We continue to walk until we reached the headstone that had her name on it. I kept listening to him until he paused for a minute. Then to proceed to say that someone said that she would approve of me being his girlfriend. I never felt so approve in my life. Everyone talked so highly of her. It felt so good to hear that she would have approved me.

We started to stroll into back the buildings until he told us that most of the people here that died are either slightly older, the same age, or younger than us. William told it was because of the missions that they were in. I always want to be in on the action, however, I forget the reality of death you encounter sometimes when going on a mission. I snapped back to reality to find William heading back to the building. I followed right behind him. By the time we got there, it was time to leave. We climb into his parents' car and drove all the way to my parents' house to drop me off. Once they got to the house, I said my farewells to everyone as I got out of the car. William strolls me to the door that leads to a brick, small house. We said I love you as I shut the door. Then he started to walk away.
