Varian's POV
It has been a few hours since I was found guilty of my crimes. It was awfully eerie since they took my only friend away, only because ruddiger wasn't guilty of the crimes I caused.
I figured it was about time I escaped, I mean they can't keep me here forever. It would be cute if they thought they did. I swiftly slipped my wrists out of my handcuffs since they weren't made for kids like me. I slides out through the broken barred window.
The cold rain was pattering onto my back, thinking there was land below me, I let go of the ledge. Instantly I felt a surge of cold water hit my skin. All I heard was the splashing of my arms and my heavy breath as I tried to swim to shore.
My head ducked underneath the rapid roaring water. Helplessly I violently moved my arms to attempt to save my life. I stopped struggling and slowly closed my eyes as I saw my watery grave around me.
Lady Caine's POV
I was stalking te night, perfectly blendin in with the shadows. I was making my way back towards the hideout nail i spotted something on the ground in the distance.
It use have been something priceless, I thought. Whatever it is its mine. I creeped up to the mysterious object and was surprised when it was an unconscious boy.
I was disappointed, but then I recognized him. He was the wanted fugitive, he could be quite helpful towards me and my friends or henchmen. Then he started to move and his eyes fluttered open.
I reached out my hand towards him and he took it. He asked who i was wit a smirk, just the person i was looking for. " I'm lady Caine," i answered. "Come on kid ill take u back to my hideout and you can be my ... mmm... friend." I said. He nodded his head and said," i will but for a mall price."
I said," sure you can have whatever you want," we both walked back together. I rested my hand on his shoulder and looked at him. Lady Cain always gets what she wants...
