"So tomorrow-" Louis said

No, please no.

"-Is Valentines Day"

Crap.

"Yup" I nodded

"So we're going out. Somewhere nice." He smiled brightly

"We don't have to" I replied plainly

His face dropped slighty and his eyes narrowed at me

"Is something wrong?" he asked "Did I do something?"

"No" I said, now feeling bad that I didn't act excited at Louis news "And I'm looking forward to it. Our date tomorrow, that is" I said, forcing a smile

Valentines Day

"You are sure that this isn't too fancy" I asked Anne as I stared at myself in the mirror. Anne let me borrow my favorite dress of hers. Well, she basically forced me to borrow it, but I'm not complaining. It's a red, longsleve lace dress. Form fitting, and comes down to my mid thigh. It's to die for.

"It's perfect Chels" She gushed

"Cody still won't stop texting me" I tell Anne.

Cody has been relentlessly trying to break the friendzone. Phone calls, texts, visiting me at college. It's like something has come over him. I don't really understand it. I haven't told Louis. I don't want him to overreact. Monica and Anne have been trying to control the situation

"Just ignore him" She says

"Easier said than done" I breath

"Now stand still, I have to curl this piece of your hair" Anne wrapped one last peice of my hair around the iron. After the appropriate time, she released the curl, letting it slowly fall against my neck. She lightly tousled my hair to make the curls looser before spraying a toxic amount of hairspray.

"There" she smiled "All done"

-Louis-

I knocked on Chelsea's door, quickly fixing my tie I haven't worn in about four years.

To my surprise, Anne opened the door.

"Hi" she said, giddily

"Uhm, hey" I laughed lightly "Where's Chelsea?"

"Oh, she's putting on a pair of earrings" She opened the door completely, revealing Chelsea. Her eyes focused intently on the mirror as she slips her earings on.

In this moment, I can reassure myself that She is the most gorgeous girl I have ever laid my eyes on. Her hair was loosly curled, laying perfectly on her fragile shoulders.

"Well I'm ready" Chelsea said, walking towards me.

I'm unable to form words as she walks to me.

"Louis?" She said, waving her hand in front of my face

"I-uh." I said, scrambling for words "You look absolutly stunning" I manage to blurt out

Her cheeks trun a light shade of red "Thanks" she smiled

"Uhm- shall we?"

She nodded, following me to my car

"So where to?" She asked as I pulled onto the street

"A place called Acquerello" i say, not keeping our location a secret this time

her mouth dropped "Louis, that place is super expensive. I don't want you to spend that much on me"
