In 1996, in a high school, a music teacher called Mr Frank had mentioned to the whole school that Aaliyah was coming to the school but not many people believed him, however, Mr Frank how a lot of connections within the music industry and was legit as Aaliyah walked in with her mum, brother and some of her crew as she was doing some press in the UK. She did an acapella of her song One In A Million, signed autographs and did a Q&A session. One girl asked her about the marriage with her and R Kelly and Aaliyah responded with:
'I'm so sorry but I can't talk about that, but you're so beautiful.'
