The tired male simply looked at the trembling girl before him. She had just confessed her deep admiration to the older man and asked him out. Of course there was only one major problem. The young girl before him was his student (Y/N) (L/N). He didn't know how to properly respond to her confession, it's not that he didn't like the girl it was just he couldn't be with her. Had she been old enough he might've said yes. He was still a teacher and a hero, yet he didn't wish to break her heart by flat out rejecting her. He sighed before he flicked her forehead softly causing her look at him with large (E/C) eyes. He sighed once more before placing a hand on her head softly.

"Tch, you have horrible taste in guys, kid."

(Y/N) gasped softly looking up into his dark eyes blushing.

"B-but-" the poor girl was cut off when he tugged her into a soft embrace.

"Sorry (Y/N), I'm trying to think this through, but you know very well. I can't be with you. I would like to know what it's like to experience a life with you, but it's just not possible." He sighed deeply tightening his hold on her.

(Y/N) let out some soft whimpers knowing what he said to be true. She already knew all of this and how it would affect him and his jobs. She knew, and yet she still told him. The young woman clutched his shirt crying into it.

"I-I love you" she whispered.

Aizawa tensed for a second. His heart hurt for having to break her heart. She was a strong person. She'd survive, she'd get over him, and she'd become a great hero.

"Ok."

Eventually she dried her tears. Aizawa offered to walk her home since it was pretty late already, he had patrol tonight anyways. She agreed and called her mom notifying her, she of course was worried. After Aizawa reassured the girls frantic mother the pair left the school.

Once (Y/N) was home safe and sound Aizawa left for patrol. His final thought about the girl was how in the hell did she fall for him.
