as i rested my face on my hand, i saw you.

again.

at the same time.

buying the same thing.

every night.

a slight feeling of hope that you would come check out your cinnamon bread at my checkout came to the surface as you walked closer.

and closer.

i got a better look at you.

you looked larger than i thought you were.  you had clear hazel eyes, brown fluffy hair, pink plump lips, all brought together beautifully with a sharp, defined jawline.

you walked closer, and i smiled to myself as you walked towards me.

you handed me the loaf of bread, and i reached out and took it.

curiosity grew inside me, and i blurted out, "i often see you at the same time every night purchasing the same thing. why?"

you looked down at me, your eyes piercing into mine.

i remember the words you said, spoken clearly with such eloquence that how could i forget?

you said, "that is none of your buisiness."

you had a bitter attitude from what i could tell, but that didnt stop my curiosity.

although i wanted to question you more, i simply said, "i understand."

after that, you paid and left.

but that wasnt the last time i saw you.
