Connor - I'm no Jack Frost

"What will you do if I'm gonna leave?" You asked your boyfriend for 6 years, Connor. You're on your late twenties now and everything is still in a good condition and you're madly inlove with him and their is no doubt you'll break up.

He looked at you disbelievingly and without hesitations, he took both your hands as he cupped it with his blowing warm air on it. It was winter so you were in his arms cuddling for warmth.

He raised his head and smiled, "I'd die"

You looked at him wide eyes and gasped with astonishment.

"I'm no Jack Frost, Y/N but," He paused as he intertwined your hand with his to keep it warm. "My life would be cold-darkness without you," He leaned on the sofa as he stared at the ceiling as if it was more interesting than your present topic, well, it is. You think. "I can turn raindrops into ice to let you know how cold--ice cold my life is without you." He expressed. He looked back at you, "Please don't go. I couldn't imagine my life without itself" He placed his gaze right on yours as he chuckled at your reaction which he highly expected.

"I-I wont," You stopped, you looked at him as your voice started to hitch. "I-I was just asking" You giggled.

"It's a powerful question. It took out all my seriousness" He chuckled pulling you in for a tight hug.

"So, since it's our free day, why don't we go to the park?" He pulled away.

"The park?" You asked.

"Yeah, just change into a dress because I'll change into something special" He looked at you with a smile then he went to the kitchen as you went to your room.

After your change, you heard a car horn bursting as if it was on its period. "Connor! Shut the-- Oh what the, " You gasped.

You looked down disbelievingly. It's like the whole neighborhood was right in front of your house wearing white, holding balloons, boards, flowers and streamers.

You smiled widely looking for Connor but the car door suddenly opened, his band members went out first with their guitars and tiny little drums and maracas.

But Connor wasn't still there.

"It's a beautiful night," It wasn't as hyper as the original, it was ballad. "We're looking for something dumb to do, Hey Y/N, I'm really gonna marry you" He obviously changed the lyrics and tempo because it was a remix with 'A Thousand Years' 

"I'd love you for a thousand years" It wasn't just Connor singing but the whole neighborhood. You giggled trying to wipe the crowding tears in your eyes. And after they have finished their song, it was pure silence.

"Y/N" Connor said as a large banner was being raised up. "Will-"

"You-" "Marry-" "Me?"

Every word had it its own banner and it was utterly surprising that you couldn't even speak how happy you were so you nodded your head instead until everybody was jumping like they had finally graduated college.

Connor smiled below as he shot you a wink.

Yes, he did gave you the ring after the crowd went wild but I just didn't know how to end it hahaha.
