Quirk: Dragonborn (Broken and OP As Fuck)
Quirk Description: The ability to use the Thu'um (Dragon shout from Skyrim) for offense, defense, or evasion. No recharges needed. No physical or mental effects occur. Can also speak dovah and use all magic spells from the game.
Kaji Shino:
Pronunciation: Kah-Jee She-no
Nicknames: Khaj (pronounced kah-j, Chikara and Midoriya), Zappy (Bakugo)
Appearance:
Hair: Scruffy black hair on top, short sides
Eyes: Reddish Brown
Height: 5' 11"
Clothing: Edgelord {My friend calls it that} (Wears a black version of everything)
Quirk: Black-Out (relatively OP, but pretty balanced)
Quirk Description: The ability to manifest and control black electricity. Damage and defense varies on current emotion. Can morph into an electrical current which can be used to help find electrical current disturbance. If he over-uses or over-charges his quirk, he will be unable to use his quirk depending on his consciousness level.
