Ch 19: Saving Eri - Part 6

"Nighteye! Secure them!" Shouta yelled out, activating his Quirk.

Nighteye looked around him. 'There are two of them nearby...and another not so far from the room! And lastly, Chisaki himself, beaten and bloody...!! This area is covered in transmuted walls. You got this far...just by yourself...!!' Nighteye thought, noting the amazing feats Mirio pulled off on his own.

"Sh-she's...right...behind me..." Mirio breathed out.

He grabbed Mirio and Eri, taking them in his arms. "You were incredible...utterly incredible...Mirio...!"

Chisaki slapped the ground frantically, with no hopes of using his Quirk for now. "...God damn you...!!"

"Lemillion was able to drive them back this far!" Shouta pointed out.

"We're gonna get some answers out of him!!" (Y/N) yelled.

"WAKE UP, CHRONO!!"

Both Shouta and (Y/N) looked behind them, and both took a separate course of action: (Y/N) shoved Izuku to the side, out of the man's reach, while Shouta pushed her as well, taking the hit from an arrow protruding from Chronos' head.

Shouta's movements slowed as Chronos explained his quirk. "Anybody cut by my minute hand gets slowed to a crawl. I was planning to skewer the three of you, but you agents are really next league."

'I can't keep myself from blinking...' Shouta's eyes were close to shutting.

"Chisaki!!" Izuku and (Y/N) shouted, rushing said villain.

"IT'S NO USE!!" Chisaki slammed his hand on the ground, just as Shouta closed his eyes. The ground instantly morphed into an abundance of spikes. Izuku and (Y/N) narrowly avoided them, only getting small cuts, while Nighteye pulled Mirio and Eri away from them.

"As if I'd ever let a bunch of little shits like you ruin my plans! You agree with me, don't you, Nemoto!? You can't stand the thought of me being finished here, either!!" Chisaki persisted, as said comrade fell in front of him, and planted his hand on Nemoto's head. He disassembled Nemoto, as well as himself. "Lemillion...you were really stronger than me. But it was all for nothing."

'He 'disassembled' both himself and his comrade...!' Izuku thought. 'And fused together with him...!!'

The two looked at the monstrosity before them. Chisaki had an additional two arms deformed with spiked claws and black parts of Shin's cape. His hair gets spikier, and his mask rips apart. It looked as if the mask was fused onto his face which is also covered in black fabric.

"It's time you gave Eri back to me. I'm in an awful mood right now...but this is a little better."

Izuku looked around assessing the situation. 'There's Eri-chan and Togata-senpai! Nighteye's protecting them. Aizawa-sensei's not here, and neither is the white-hooded guy. But (Y/N)-sensei is next to me. Chisaki...! He's fused with one of his subordinates. The wounds he had before are gone...!'

"When someone lays their fingers on me, I can't help but feel the need to cleanse myself...I can feel the blood rushing to my head...this is the first time I've been pushed this point." Chisaki announced. "What a tragic life, huh, Lemillion? If only you hadn't gotten involved with Eri...with me...You would not have lost your Quirk forever. You'd still be able to pursue your dreams."

The eyes of Izuku, (Y/N), and Nighteye widened. A single thought plagued their mind. 'Lost...forever...?!'

Chisaki's monstrous form picked up the case of Quirk-destroying bullets. "And despite losing it, because you insist on dragging this out...You've gotten all your friends mixed into this, only for them all to die." He sprinted towards Nighteye, who shielded the two people he had in his arms.
