"Was it Jonah?"

Before she got the chance to reply over the loud music in the background a male voice caught my attention "Where you been at?"

My eyes grew big and I felt myself start to shake "Q? What are-"

"Let me talk to you for a minute." his brown eyes weren't to be questioned, they were demanding, but it's some shit that I've learned since I was blessed with Jonah that wouldn't allow me to submit to him as quickly as I used to.

"What's there to talk about Quentin?" my voice came out way more steady than I thought it would "Why are you here?"

"I came to talk to my girl," his voice reminded me of how things were when we first met and I found myself almost falling for it.

"Last time I checked, I wasn't your girl Q," he snatched me up by my arm.

"Don't fuckin' embarrass me in public," he whispered in me ear as a cold shiver ran down my spine.

"Gray, you want me to get Blue?" Sevyn said standing up.

He pushed me back from him a little so that he could look me in my eye,and when he did the familiar look struck fear into my soul... it told me not to question him, or it would be hell to pay "N-n-no S-Sevyn," I stuttered "I'm fine, I'll be back," I looked at Q for some type of confirmation of what I had said, some reassurance "Yea, I'll be back," and with that I gave Sevyn a weak smile before Q started pulling me towards the sidewalk.
