Ingredience:

•250g - Curd
•70g - Erythritol
•Cup- Espresso
•+ - 10     - Czech Biscuits
•4 spoons - Milk
•30g - Protein power
•Little - Cocoa
•Some- Cinnamon

1. Make a cup of espresso

2. In bowl mix curd and milk together then mix erythritol

3. Take some container where you will put the ingredients

4. On bottom of container put creamy mixture (curd+milk+erythritol)

5. Soak biscuit in espresso and then put on first layer in the container and sprinkle little of cinnamon (optional)

6. Repeat again and again till you will not have ingredients or container will be full

7. You can sprinkle little of cocoa, but if you want it without sugar you don't have to do it. Or you can buy100% cocoa, then it will be without sugar.

Ok and that's it. Then only put in fridge and after 2-3 hours you can serve. You maybe ask how like without sugar? There is already erythritol and that is sugar. Yes erythritol is sweet but it is not sugar at all. It's type of substitute like maple syrup or corn syrup. I looked for some good substitute and I think that it's best. For first it is same looking like sugar, there is no normal sugar and in least but not last it is almost zero caloric.

And type two. You maybe noticed that there are biscuits and there are full of sugar so in next chapter I will show you how to bake them by yourself easy.
