A/n:The original story and it's concept were created by pertele_home . The original story goes by the title,"All You Have to Do, is Be My Bride!"

Ludwig's icy blue eyes stared back at him in the mirror as he ran his comb through his hair, slicking it back. He set it on the dresser, taking his red tie and tying it around his neck. His eyes glanced at his reflection, straightening his tie before he was satisfied with it. Grabbing his suitcase he headed downstairs so he could go to work.

This was his routine every day. Wakeup, eat, train, get dressed, work, get home, eat, do paperwork, go to bed, repeat. Some would call that sad, he called it paradise. He loved having a routine and being able to stick to it. As he descended the stairs there was a knock at the door.

This wasn't unusual, usually he would be getting a package by this time. Opening the door he was surprised to see that it was not, infact the postman, but a group of people, three to be exact.

The first was a lanky man, with chocolate skin, dark ebony eyes that seemed to sparkle glanced at Ludwig; His lips seemed to twist into an unnatural smile, causing Ludwig to feel a bit uneasy. The next was a man with a stronger build, he had long, straight, ebony hair that fell down to his shoulders, dull green eyes decorated his face along with a bit of stubble. The last was a girl who seemed to have porcelain skin, and bright pink hair, two brown eyes filled with excitement stared into Ludwig's blue ones.

"Hello there, are you Ludwig Beilschmidt?" The girl asked.

  He nodded,"Yes, I am Ludwig,"

"Great," She smiled. "I'm Amelia, it's nice to meet you," Ludwig just grunted in response, looking at his watch. At this rate he would be late for his meeting.

"This is Danny," Amelia gestured at the lanky man, who just nodded. "And this is Tom."  The broad shouldered man called Tom just nodded in response. Amelia grabbed a pamphlet, handing it to him. He flipped through it, barely taking in any of the information.

As he did so, Amelia spoke,"We're with the organization 'Cupid's Arrows.' We set up single bachelors on a date and help them get married to-"

"Not interested," He stated, handing her the pamphlet back.

She seemed shocked,"Well, uh, sir, that doesn't-"

"Listen, I'm only going to say this once more," He started, a bit annoyed with the lady. "I'm. Not. Interested."

  "Listen, Ludwig," Danny started.

Ludwig shook his head,"You'll adress me as Mr. Beilschmidt."

"Mr. Beilschmidt," Tom started, startling Ludwig a bit,"we don't take 'No' for an answer. You will do this because it's not healthy to be alone."

"Und what will you do if I say no," Ludwig questioned.

Tom narrowed his eyes,"It'd be a shame if people found out your dirty little secret,"

"Dirty, dirty little secret?" Ludwig tried not to laugh. What could they possibly have on him?

Amelia simply smiled, taking out a folder from her bag and handed it to Ludwig. He eyed her suspiciously, looking through the folder. His eyes widened as he looked through embarrassing text conversations and pictures of him.

Ludwig flushed red, how could they get this? "How did you get this? I'm calling with the police," he said, about to slam the door in their face when Tom stopped him.

Amelia smiled,"I'd like to see you try. Mr Beilschmidt the police already know who we are and that we're no threat to them." She shuffled a few papers in a binder, clicking a pen.

"So, we've scheduled a date with a girl on Friday for you, and the wedding on the next Wednesday," she stated calmly. Ludwig seemed panicked, date? Wedding? No no, he couldn't get married! Especially to someone who is practically a stranger.

He didn't seem to be thinking when he blurted out,"But I have a girlfriend!"

All three raised an eyebrow, Amelia asking,"Really?"

"No! I uh, I mean, uh, ja! Ja I have a girlfriend," he stuttered. Danny smiled,"Really? Well where is the lucky lady?" He looked around the house from where he was standing, seeing no one.

Ludwig shook his head,"N-nein! She's, uh, not here! She's, doesn't live with me, und even if she did she's out of town!"

"Really?" Tom asked, not buying it.

Amelia smiled,"Well, Mr Beilschmidt, I'm sorry to say I don't really believe you; but if you do have a girlfriend, we would love to have lunch with you and her, uh," -she clicked her pen, writing something in the notebook-"next Friday! At the cafe on Whirlwind Street."

"Nein! She won't be able to make it since she's out of town," Ludwig stated quickly.

"Well either she makes it or you marry another woman," she stated.

"Or man," Danny said, looking at Amelia. She rolled her eyes, nodding.

  "Or man,"

  "Uh, f-fine, Friday," Ludwig repeated.

  She nodded,"Yes, Friday, 3:00pm exactly,"

"Alright, s-see you then," He said, the group leaving. He was stressed about the entire thing. How was he going to find a girl to be his "girlfriend?" It should be simple, just ask someone to be his fake girlfriend for the date and he could be on his merry way, but it wasn't that easy. He couldn't just get a friend to do it, just because Cupid's Arrows may know or find out and he didn't want to know what'd they'd do if they did.

No, no, Ludwig knew exactly what he had to do. Ludwig had to hire a bride.

Y/n sat at her laptop, refreshing the page every few minutes or so. She had posted job applications everywhere, but every single time she almost gets a job, it falls through. The h/c haired girl started to get worried. Rent was due in a few weeks and she didn't have the cash to pay for it. At this rate, within a month or two she'd be homeless.

She refreshed the screen once more, hoping to get something, anything. A new email popped up and Y/n clicked it almost instantly, eyes scanning over it. The email basically stated that this person would like to meet at a nearby cafe for an interview and that they thought she was perfect for the job.

"Sincerely, Ludwig Beilschmidt," Y/n read the last words aloud. She clapped her hands, giddy with excitement.

"Alright Y/n, you have to make sure you don't fail this. Your interview is tomorrow, you have one chance to impress this guy," she stated, physching herself up. "Tomorrow is the day I get this job."
