backstory
his father died in the first war, his mother a nurse for this one. the youngest brother out of three, his elder two got drafted quite quickly, but its taken a while for him so he hopes this is chance. he was skinny and frail , but has worked hard to get where he is now and wants to serve . even if it means lying just a bit to get him in.
