~~~ 3rd Person POV ~~~
It's been four days since that phone call. Nate, Morgan, and Hunter are all in Nate's house, basically hanging out the past few days. They dare not go outside, for fear of the other Nate's finding them.
"I'll be right back." Hunter told Nate as he walked towards the bathroom. Morgan and Nate continued watching Code Geass.
~~~ Hunter's Point of View ~~~

I walked into the bathroom, and closed the door. I could not believe what I saw in front of me.

"N-Nate?" I whispered. I knelt down, looking at his beheaded corpse. H-how could this have happened?

I turned around to see another Nate tied up, in the bathtub. "Wha?" I muttered, seriously confused. Nate, or... the Nate that was tied up, started wiggling around, trying to say something. I ripped off the tape on his mouth.

"Owww. Jeez! Hunter, oh my God am I glad to see you. He," Nate began as he nodded his head towards the beheaded corpse, " was one of the clones. Yesterday, I figured out how to kill them. And so, when he attacked me through the bathroom window earlier, I killed him. But, the other one tied me up and kept me in here. He took my place out there. Hunter, stab him in the heart with a stake. That's how you kill them."

"Then how come his head..." my voice trailed off, looking at the dead clone thing.

"I cut it off first with a knife. I figured if he couldn't see me, he'd be easier to kill. The only way for it to die, is to stab him in the heart with a stake."

I nodded. "Do you have the one you used?" I asked.

"Over there." Nate replied, nodding to the contertop.

I grabbed the stake and set out to do justice.

I walked quietly, with my hands behind my back, towards the couch. I crept behind Nate, then jumped up and stabbed him.

"Hunter? What are you?" Morgan screamed.

I looked at her with understanding eyes. Tears started to well up in my eyes. One after another, tears were running down my face. We did it, but it didn't feel right.

Years have passed since that time, and every time we retell the story, we laugh... we cry. Everything seems to be back to normal. Nate is still one of a kind.

But there's still one question that lingers in my mind from time to time:

Was it really the clone that I killed?
