(Joon Hyung's POV)
'Hyung! Wake up! It's the first day of school, you would not want to be late!'
Hearing the muffled voice from the living room, I looked at the clock with my half opened eyes and it read '5.00am'. It was the start of a new year and I've been enrolled into a new school, a new beginning. I am actually really excited about the new environment and making new friends, but I do not look forward to 5am alarms as I chose a school that is pretty far away from where I stay.
I dragged my feet to the toilet, showered, got changed and left the house half an hour later. I also have to take the public transport as my parents don't drive, so I guess I'll have to get used to it for the next 2 years.
In school, there were new faces all around, new teachers, everything was new. Even girls within a 5 metre radius of me felt weird as I came from an all-boys school, which made me socially awkward around girls. In class, everyone had to give a short introduction about themselves and tell the class about their hobbies. At this very moment, a girl went to the front of the class and she immediately caught my eyes.
'Hi! My name is Yoo Jeongyeon. I like to play the saxophone and sing. I sometimes like to dance and listen to music when I feel stressed.'
'How could someone look so pretty and drop dead gorgeous?' I thought to myself. She had shoulder length hair, a sharp chin, and eyes that would bring you the whole galaxy if you wanted. She seemed like the kind that would be a really good friend, or something even more.
Then again, I remembered what my mom told me this morning, 'Just focus on your studies for these 2 years, no fooling around and your future won't be ruined.'
I sighed and laid back in my chair.
