Personality: Nagisa is a hard-nosed, self-willed, uninhibited person. Adding onto her will to fight for the safety and future of humanity. These traits stem all the way back to her childhood, where she would fight the village bullies for harming the other kids. Nagisa learned through experience how to protect her friends; due to the fact that all of her best friends, Poet Aventus, Wallflower Johanes, Bepku Schrod, Calica Lange, Lars Noël, and even her own twin brother were ritualistically bullied she had practiced street fighting with her older sister, Mira Provokch. When her friend, Poet introduced Nagisa to her father's old work, she became fascinated with the concept of advanced technology and other forms of geography. When Poet asked her not to tell anyone about her father's research, Nagisa promised to keep her secret between the two of them, But ultimately broke said promise when she told her twin brother, Iden. Almost a week later, Poet's father went missing and never returned. Nagisa felt guilt, considering it to be all her doing. This guilt still carries on with her years after.

History/Life: Nagisa was born on April 14th, 835 in the town of Shiganshina. Raised with three other brothers, one being her twin. Since the only parental figure was her mother; Being raised around boys had influenced her enough that she developed a tomboyish personality. She grew up fighting bullies for other kids, gaining a reputable notoriety in her side of town. Her father was a soldier in the Survey Corps, a second in command at that, who had went M.I.A on an expedition when she was 7-years-old. Never knowing if he had died or not, she decided from a young age that she would join the military and work her way up to the SC. Her mother was seriously against this, but still supported her decision none the less. Since she couldn't ask her father for training in advance, she went to her sister Mira for help. Mira agreed to help her one a condition, and Nagisa agreed. For the next 3 years she trained with Mira in their hometown, West Shiganshina.

When the northern reaches fell under attack, her and her siblings went to live with their Aunt & cousins in Karanes. There, her aunt was really protective of her & the rest of the children, so much so that it caused Karma to run away do to her overbearing and disrespect to his personal life. Slowly most of the children that lived with her left as they grew older. Her personal 'favorite' cousin, Astrid, told her that if she went to go live with their father, Rodvir, that he isn't controlling like their mother, Ysolda, is. Later towards the end of the week she managed to convince her brother Iden and her cousin Astrid went to go live with Uncle Rodvir in Trost.

When she was 13 she enlisted into the army with her twin brother, Iden.
