To my friends and family if you need to talk to someone about your feelings don't be scared, say hey can we talk? And tell them how you feel about them, dont hide behind your feelings and say ill do it later I wont hurt, well it might for some people because they feel like they have no one to turn 2 but we always have someone, im used to hiding behind my feelings but im thinking about it and saying why hide? Its just gonna make you and whoever your having a trouble with or whatever just talk to them and at the end say I love you in whatever way you feel about them, dont hide your feelings, express them and if they dont like it, well tough because I have feelings and you have feelings we cant hide behind our feelings forever because when we do it breaks up down and tears us apart and I learned that the tough way and I hope this message will help you.
