Chapter 1

Bryce parked the Range Rover in his usual spot, he turned off the engine.

"Look if anyone gives you a hard time, tell me alright?" Bryce asked as I rolled my eyes.

"It's you they hate not me." I said getting out of the car.

I went straight to my locker to see my best friend Tyler standing there.

"Hey." He said as I smiled.

Hey." I told him.

"Byrce drove you to school today?" Tyler asked nodding his head up to the door.

I looked to see Bryce walking in with Chloe, Montgomery and Scott.

"Yup, my cars in the shop for a while so I'm stuck with him. Unless Zach gives me a ride." I said.

I grabbed my stuff for my class before Tyler and I started walking to class.

"Are you still coming over for dinner?"

"Of course." I said.

"Oh no." Tyler said as I followed his glaze Zach had now joined Bryce's group and was coming our way.

"I'll see you in 3rd alright?" I asked as he nodded.

"Yeah see ya." He kissed my cheek before scurrying away.

"Hey babe." Zach said as he pulled me in for a kiss.

"Hey." I said feeling uncomfortable with Monty's glaze on me.

"I won't need a ride home today." I told Bryce.

"Going over to Tyler's after school."

"Why do you still hangout with that freak? You can do way better." Monty said as I rolled my eyes.

"Screw you." I said removing Zach's arms walking away.

I made my way in the opposite direction as I heard Zach and Monty arguing.

I kept on walking until I bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry." I said looking up to see Alex and Jess.

"Bree hey." Jessica said as I smiled.

"I'm so happy you two are back. It's been hell." I said.

"I bet, wanna walk to our lockers then class with us?" Alex asked as I smiled.

"Yes please." I said as Jessica and I linked arms.

"So how are you?" Jessica asked

"Home life sucks, it's all about Bryce and the stupid trial. Tyler's been there for me though." I said.

"Well are you going on trial?" Alex asked.

"Right after Zach... But I feel he had more involvement with Hannah then the tape says." I told them.
