Ever since the evil organizations unite (Team Rocket, Aqua, Magma, etc) The legendary pokemon have been worried. So what do they do? Have sex and make babies? NOOOO!!!! Each of them created (gave birth) a special eevee that represented them with a birth mark. They had unique colors (Red, Ginger, etc) which made them stand out like a sore thumb!
