After Eight years, Ghenesis Santiago leaves for Atlanta, Ga to try having a relationship with her father and his new family. While having to maintain her senior year in highschool and working with her brother and his Crew under her father's orders...
All the girls turned like they felt him before they saw him. Zeus walked through that crowd like he didn’t hear a thing—stone-faced, hoodie halfway up, eyes low. The girls threw themselves at him with giggles and hair flips, but he just kept walking like none of it existed.
He passed by us on his way up the bleachers. His eyes met mine for a second—and I looked down so quick, I probably looked scared of my own shadow.
Gigi let out a dramatic sigh, hand over his heart. “I swear that boy get finer every time I see him.”
I side-eyed him. “So you a Zeus fan too, huh?”
He snapped his head toward me like I said the most disrespectful thing possible. “Girl, what?! You playin’ with me for free right now,” he said, full drama. “I wouldn’t go near your brother like that if you paid me. I’m not tryin’ to die.”
Damn. Is Zeus that bad?
“Nah, I was talkin’ ‘bout Dice—the one posted up next to your brother. Elijah Dice. But everyone just calls him Dice.”
I glanced over.
“Ohhh,” I said. “Got it.”
Gigi winked. “Now him? He can ruin my life respectfully.”
I laughed, shaking my head.
This school might be wild, but at least I wasn’t facing it alone.

I tilted my head a little, eyes landing on Dice across the gym.
“Hmm… he is handsome.”
Before I could blink, Gigi gasped like I’d said something blasphemous.
“Handsome? Girl—he is a god. Don’t disrespect that man like that,” he said, clutching his imaginary pearls. “The universe snapped when it made him, okay? Like… whoever designed him had zero chill.”
He bit his lip dramatically, eyes locked on Dice like he was a whole dessert tray.
I cracked up, leaning back on the bleachers. “You stupid.”
“Nah, I’m honest,” Gigi said, fanning himself. “If he ever gave me one look, baby—I’d melt like an ice cube on the grill.”
