Chapter 20 - I'm Done

Erica: "No one was begging you Cyn, the show doesn't revolve around you, you're not even a main character anyways"

Cyn: "I'm not and I don't want to be, its stuff like this that makes me realise what an asshole you are!"

Erica: "And its times like this I realise that you think your so brand new now and forgotten where you came from"

Cyn: "You know what Erica, I'm done with it. I ain't gonna stay here and argue with you. It's not worth my time."

As this point, Cyn was done with the whole situation. Even though she was saying all these harsh things to Erica and felt slightly bad afterwards, she was sticking to her guns. Erica was saying her horrible things as well and it wasn't good for them to both continue talking at this stage. As eventually one of them would say something even worse. Cyn went to pick up her bag, and headed towards the door.

Erica didn't even attempt to try and reassure Cyn about the rumour or try to apologize for anything she said. Erica was mad that Cyn had said those things about her, especially about her being selfish. She was even madder that Cyn didn't even want to hear her side of the story so Erica transformed into a 'fuck it' mind set. She allowed Cyn to start walking towards the door, as soon as Cyn opened the door, she had one last remark for Cyn.

Erica: "Cyn" It was clear in the way Erica said her name that she was upset and hurt. Cyn was aware of this but she didn't want any more to do with her.

Cyn didn't attempt to flinch or turn around. There was no reason for her to. Erica could not possible say anything to make her change the way she was feeling. Erica didn't hear a response or any movement from Cyn so said it again.

Erica: "Cyn"

Cyn turned around. "Yes Erica"

Erica: "So you not even gonna sweep up the mess you made?" She said this as she pointed towards the remains of glass on the floor.

Cyn shook her head in disbelief and pulled a face towards Erica. She thought to herself, is this girl serious? She looked to the floor and saw the remains, she was absolutely applauded that Erica called her back for this, she couldn't believe it. Cyn didn't even respond to Erica but went over to the kitchen to find the dustpan and brush. As she began to start cleaning up the mess, Erica was starting to feel bad.

Erica: "Actually don't worry Cyn, I'll do it" She said as she starting to walk towards Cyn and grab hold of the dustpan and brush. Cyn didn't give it to her. She shook her head and remained adamant that she was going to clean up the mess.

Cyn: "Nah you were bold enough to say it, so follow it through, ill clean up the mess. I'm not ratchet like that to leave my mess in other people's houses"

Erica: "I never said you were ratchet" Erica was trying to persuade Cyn that she didn't mean much by asking her to clean the mess but Cyn was not having it.

Once Cyn had finished, she put the rubbish in the bin, grabbed her belongings and headed for the door.

Erica: "Wait Cyn I'm sor....."

Cyn continued walking straight out the door and slammed the door behind her, before Erica could finish. She went straight to her car and didn't even look back to see or hear Erica.

Erica walked towards the door and opened it back up. She stood by the door watching Cyn driving away. She thought to herself, what had just happened, all in one day. They were perfectly fine this morning, and all this drama came onto the scene from nowhere. She couldn't believe it. She didn't know if she was more shocked about Cyn's behaviour or the fact that someone was selling lies to the media blogs. She knew what groupies were like when they did their exposing, but she never thought that it would happen to her, especially because she hadn't actually slept with the person. In her mind she was thinking, for all this trouble, maybe she should have fucked the bitch, than maybe Cyn would have never found out. In Erica's mind set she was currently mad about the whole situation, but she was more upset knowing that she may have lost Cyn for good especially as they were on their way back to good terms. Erica reached over and dialled Albee's number.
