When I finally get out the shower my mom is in my room. She starts to scream at me, "why did you leave school?!" I say, "I felt sick" she then shouts, "you could of called me. You probably left to go see your boyfriend or something!" If only she knew he dumped me today. If only she new that her man abused me today. If only she knew...
She grabs a belt and begins to hit me and scream to me about everything. I cry, not because it hurts if not because nobody understands that these hits are nothing compared to what I'm dealing with in my life at the moment. She then stops, I lay in bed and cry until I fall asleep.
