The Surprise

You've been dating Colby for about 6 months. Sadly, you had to go back to Kansa's so that you could finish college. You remembered that when you left, Colby was so sad, it made you wanna cry. But he understood your situation and let you go. After about a month of Face-Timing Colby almost everyday, feeling a little sad, and finishing school, you could finally go back to LA and see your beautiful boyfriend. His birthday was coming up and you wanted to surprise him. So you made plans with Sam and you were gonna fly to LA that day. You were also planning to move to their place so that you and Colby didn't have to do long distance anymore.

Colby's pov*
It was my birthday and lots of people came over. I think around 30-40 people were here. Everyone was being so nice and cool but I felt like something was missing. Of course I knew that that feeling was not being able to spend the day with y/n and not being able to hug and kiss her but I needed to be happy for all of my friends that came over. I guess I looked a little disappointed because Sam came up to me and said "Dude are you ok? You look like you just heard some bad news."
"I'm ok, it's just that I miss y/n, you know." To which he reponded with
"I understand dude. But I do know something that will cheer you up."
"What is it?" I asked.
"Turn around."
As soon as I heard Sam say that, I turned around and saw y/n smiling at me with the cutest and sweetest smile ever. I quickly ran up to her and gave her the biggest hug ever possible.
"Happy Birthday babe." She said while kissing me on the cheek.
"Oh my god! Y/n, what are you doing here?!" I asked her excitedly. I felt so happy, I felt like I was gonna cry. She then smiled and kissed me. "Sam helped me plan this surprise for you." She said. "Thank you so much dude." I told Sam while I hugged y/n tightly.
"No problem dude. Plus she wouldn't stop bothering and talking to me about it." He joked. "Yaaaaaaayy." Said Katrina while clapping. Everyone then started clapping with Kat. I was so happy, I know I probably looked like a little kid on christmas. "Now let's get this party started!" Y/n said to which everyone cheered to. "You know I love you right?" I whispered in her ear. "Yes, and I love you too."

That night I had so much fun, it was definitely one of my favorite Birthday's ever. Something that will stick with me in my memories forever.

This is my first time writing a story type of thing, so I'm sorry if it didn't come out that good. I'm still kinda getting the hang of it but don't worry, I've got some good plots planned.
