The next morning Mandy woke up to the alarm beeping at 6.30. She decided not to tell Steve about what Casey had said to her the previous day because she didn't want another row between them, and also hoping that Steve would get over the crush he had on Casey, but she couldn't be more wrong.
Little did Mandy know it yet but Steve was lying in bed thinking about Casey and constantly smiling to himself he was also eager to get up and go back to work so he shouted to Mandy
" Mandy!" Steve said
Mandy replied
" Yes Steve?"
"I'm going back to work today I've missed 2 weeks already"
Mandy then said
" Are you sure that's a good idea?"
" Why wouldn't it be?" Steve asked
Mandy replied
" Come on Steve you know why?"
Steve replied
" You mean Casey I haven't thought about her all night" Steve lied
Mandy said
" If you say so I'll em see you later at work then"
" No worries" Steve answered

Soon as Mandy left the house he got ready for work singing whilst in the shower he was going to see his secret girl at school
He got his work suit on and put his tie on, on the way to work he drove into his first day back at Ackley Bridge since he's been off!

Steve walked into school and said
" Morning everyone"
Loraine replied
" Morning Mr Bell you feeling better?"
Steve answered
" Oh yes I'm great it's great to be back with all you lovely lot"
Loraine laughed

Steve walked into the office happy as can be
He made his way to his form class and sat down at his desk taking the register
Meanwhile Casey walked into the class because the teacher asked her to ask for some paper from him by Miss Keene because this week she decided to be a normal student and go to class.
" Hi sir Miss Keene needs some paper for drama" Casey asked
Steve replied
"It's just in that cupboard there"
" Oh right thank you sir"
" You are very welcome lovely lady, see you later for PE" Steve said
Casey replied in excitement
" I sure will sir laters everyone"
Registration had ended and it was time for Steve to change into his PE gear ready for PE

He finally got changed and out onto the pitch Casey was standing there her hair flicked back because of the wind
Steve stared at her and waved to her and she waved back they were so happy to see each other again.

Casey kicked the football at Jordan and Jordan said
"Cheers Casey"
" Are you settling in alright" Jordan asked
Casey replied
" Oh yes I absolutely love it here at Ackley Bridge it's the best school I've been to"
Jordan replied
" That's awesome see you later then"
Casey then said
"Yes I'll see you around and are you called Jordan?"
" Yes I am" Jordan answered"
Casey said
" Cool name"
Jordan replied
" oh do you think so cheers Casey"
Jordan then ran over to Steve and Said
" I really like the new girl I reckon I should ask her out on a date what do you think sir?"
Steve didn't answer
He just nodded his head and went to help the other students

PE had finished and it was now break time Steve asked Casey
" What are you playing at?"
Casey replied
" What sir what have I done?"
Steve replied
" What did you tell Jordan" he asked in Jealousy
" oh I didn't tell him about us if that's what you're thinking anyway it's our secret isn't it Sir?"
Steve answered
" Yes it is babe it's our secret while in school"
Casey Smiled at Steve before going to get a drink and hang outside.
Meanwhile Mandy was on break duty and she couldn't help but walk over to Casey and say something to her.
" Hey Miss" Casey said politely
Mandy answered
"Hi "
Mandy then asked
" How was PE today?" Mandy grinned while asking Casey that question
" Ok I guess" Casey replied
" And you stayed away from Mr Bell?" Mandy asked
"Yes we didn't even see each other I was talking to Jordan though he seems really nice"
" Oh right Mandy replied"
"Well that's a start I suppose "
The Bell then rang for next class and Mandy walked back inside and Casey sighed!
Casey said to herself
" Almost busted there" SLAPPER Casey thought Mandy was.
Everyone returned to their classes including Casey.......
