October 2nd 2017 Las Vegas Nevada
The day after the worst terror attack in U.S history
2:00 AM
A 64 year old man was lying in a dark room in a hospital in Las Vegas Nevada. His eyes were closed and his body was shivering. Approximately 5 hours ago, terror unfolded and thousands were dead and injured. When he was found in a room on the 32nd floor of a hotel shortly after orchestrating this horrific act of terror, he was shot down by authorities who had raided his room. He somehow survived. The man was identified as Stephen Craig Paddock. 5 hours later lying in his hospital bed, his teeth were chattering and he couldn't speak. Suddenly, he heard a voice and he felt something cold and wet being placed on his head. "That's it", the voice said. Mr. Paddock suddenly opened his eyes but his vision was blurred. "It hurts" he managed to say with his voice slurred. "I know it does". Mr. Paddock couldn't identify this good person. The person then came back into a room with a cup of water and held it up to the man's lips. "There you go, now just rest" the voice calmly said. Mr. Paddock tried to open his mouth as to say something. "Where am I, who are you". "My name is Anne Smith and I am a nurse here.". His voice trembled, thinking if he would be paralyzed for the rest of his life. "What what happened to me??" The nurse answered with "we were told that they had to try to kill you because of the attack but you somehow survived, you were shot in the chest and your legs are broken. They wanted to lock you up but because of your age and injuries, you needed to be in a nice safe and warm environment." Mr. Paddock's eyes widened with fear but his head lied on a nice, soft pillow, which felt better. He was no longer shivering and cold. Mr. Paddock felt exhausted but relaxed. He sighed and fell asleep.
