Finding the children

I was waking up in a hammock in my house when someone shouted "fire!!" I was up faster than I could think and wrote I knew it i was running down the hall to get our dogs, Alana and Celpie. I opened the kennel doors and they bolted out the open garage door towards my mom and my brother Marcus. I closed my eyes and I coughed as lack smoke filled the garage and the smell of burning metal, grass, and wood filled my lungs and Suddenly I heard a sharp whinny come from the ack of the house, Magnum!!! I ran through the door that lead inside the house and I ran to my room and I opened the balcony door and I jumped off the railing of the balcony and I land on Magnum's back. He moves backwards and I dig my bare heels into his sides to make him stand still and I unlocked the stall door ad I jumped off him and I watched his black figure shrink into the distance towards Cameron's families stable. I unlocked all the stall doors and I watched nightmare, black serenade, and angel feather head towards Cameron's families stable. I watched as my family drove off not noticing they left without me. I spread my wings defensively and I grab what I need from the burning house and I close my wings tightly and I put my hoodie on and I head towards the church my family goes to on Sundays, I set my bag down by an apple tree and I ran towards the doors as I saw a group of people walk towards me and I turned around and I blurted out " hi, how are you? Bye now" the group of men looked at me "hi Samantha! Are you ok?! And why do you smell like smoke?!" I looked at them and I moved towards the door into the shade "not ok, hello elder mark. house, fire. So tired" one of them laughed and and tossed a bottle of cold water at me and I opened it up and I downed the water quickly "my family left me behind, there was a fire in the barn and it spread quickly" I got up quickly as one came closer and I tried opening the door again ad it opened "finally air conditioning". I looked at the four men "I need help" two of them looked at me ad I wiped my sweaty hands on my jodhpurs and I felt someone's hand on my shoulder. And I looked beside me and sure enough it was Cameron, my best friend. His tall figure and small frame and his blondeish, black hair was wavy and crazy. Elder Mark looked between Cameron and I "what just happened? We were having a friendly conversation and Mr. Marcus here popped up" He laughed and looked into my grayish blue, green eyes "we'll help you Samantha as long as you help us in return" I gave them a chuckle "wha-what do you exactly n-need help with?? I may ask???" I got a bunch of red faced you'll see looks from elder Byron, Mark, Smith, and Angel "you guys don't know do you???" Elder Mark and Angel shook their heads and the other two nodded as I got really confused. I walked through the chapel and my family wasn't here after I searched the entire place "elder Mark, can I borrow your phone real quick? I need to call my parents" he gave me the phone and I quickly called my mom "hey sweetie, we know where you are we left you there for a reason. Now don't call again!!" I dropped the phone earning a concerned and surprised look from elder Mark "are you ok Samantha?!" I walked away not wanting to answer his question as tears dripped off my cheeks, I opened the door to the church I grabbed my bag and I walked back to my now perfectly fine house. There were scorch marks all over the side of the house and barn. I heard a car pull up the driveway and I ran to the front of the house on Magnum bareback and I realized it was the elders, I slid of magnums back and I heard Angel feather run out into the front yard and run off "hey!! Elder Mark can u help me get back on Magnum please???" He lifted me up and I raised off after angel feather and I heard the car behind me as Magnums hooves hit the asphalt road and I heard one of the elders yell out to me and right as I caught up to angel feather I stood up on magnums back and I jumped onto his back earning a praising yell from the elders as we turned around I whistled for Magnum to go home and he rushed past making me freak out and I fall off Ángel feather and smacking my head on the road. I get up not knowing there's a slash on my cheek and I lean on angel feather for balance and I lift myself back onto angel feather and we race ack home and I slip off angel and I fall into the stored hay as I hear footsteps come into the barn I fall asleep in the hay not knowing what's going on I feel someone lift me up and carry me out of the barn. I open my eyes and I close them and I groan in pain as I try to adjust to the light, and I hear a murmur and a cold wash cloth on my forehead "I'm up Mom, two more minutes" I hear a laugh come from the other side of the room and I turn over on my side and I feel a hand on my side and a gentle shake "are those wings you have Samantha" I quickly get up and I stretch followed by a long yawn "well someone's tired" I stretch my aching wings and body and I stand up slowly and I sway back and forth "careful now don't fall over" I open my eyes to look at who said the comment and I took one step and i loose my balance feeling someone's arms wrap around my waist and a gasp and a laugh following after. I look up and see elder Mark, I hear a knock on the door and I'm dropped suddenly and I'm pushed underneath a bed along with my jodhpurs and my boots realizing I'm just in my long tunic. I shoved myself to the back of the headboard behind suitcases and shoes and then I heard someone say "where's the girl!" I met elder angels brownish black eyes and he mouthed "stay hidden" and I looked out from under the bed a little bit and I saw a boy in a pair of tight fitting green jeans and a green tunic and as I realized that I was watching what was going on I saw that the boy was Peter Pan!! I spread my wings a little, I put my jodhpurs back on and i crawled out from underneath the bed. I got a look of disappointment from the two elders and I stood behind the two of them. I looked at my filthy wings and i slowly backed up, I clapped my wings quickly to get was on them off and just like that everything was ack to normal, no one was here except two sleeping missionaries and I fell back asleep. In the morning I tried flapping my wings and I couldn't, I looked at my wings and there was a harness around them and then I realized I was the someone Peter Pan was looking for!!!
