Patrice Bergeron

You and Patrice have been dating for about 4 years now. The relationship that you had with Patrice was a good one. But there this one thing that you are afraid of telling Patrice. It’s that you are pregnant.  You knew that you were pregnant since the playoffs had started. The reason that you didn’t Patrice was because you did not want him to be unfocused for the playoffs with the whole pregnancy thing and being a dad and all. So the only people that you told were your parents. They wanted you to tell him but you told him that the Bruins were in the playoffs and the whole him being unfocused thing.

 But that had all changed when Patrice had overheard you talking to your parents about the pregnancy. You were talking on the phone with your parents and you didn’t know that Patrice was in the other room listening in to your conversation in the other room. So when you hung up with your parents you notice that Patrice was in the other room.

“Were you there listening the whole time?” You asked

“Well for most of it. Why didn’t you tell me that you were pregnant?” He asked as he moved closer to you.

“Because I didn’t want you to be unfocused for the playoffs and so I didn’t want to tell you.” You said with an apologetic look.

“Well if you told me before then I would have had time to adjust to this situation.” He said leaning on the counter.

“You are right. I probably should have. I am sorry.” You said

“How far along are you?” He asked as he sat down on the stool.

“Um, at least 4 weeks along.  But I have started to think about baby names.” I said

“That’s good. I just can’t believe that I am going to be a father.” Patrice said

“I know. We are going to make good parents.” You said as Patrice moved in to kiss you.
