Person A is a stay at home mom/dad. They have two kids, a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old. Person B has been in the army for almost 2 years. Person a is struggling whilst making a bottle for the baby and dinner for the 5-year-old, smashing a plate by accident before letting out a loud curse, catching the 5-year-old's attention. "What's wrong, mommy/daddy?" Person A looks over at the child before finally breaking down, screaming things such as "I can't do it!" and "God dammit!" The young child walks over to them, careful not to hurt themselves, and asks, "Can I help?" Person A looks up, tears covering their face. "You go to sleep, I can clean up." Person A shakes their head. "No, I can't let you hurt yourself." The child refuses to move until Person A reluctantly let's them take them to bed.

Person A wakes up to their child with food in their hands. "Dinner." They smile innocently. "How did you..." Person A speaks. "Papa/mama made it!" They smile, making Person A's eyes widen before they jump out of bed, running to the kitchen, only to see Person B.

"I'm home."
