My life in a boarding school

Chapter 1

Hi! My name is Maddie or Maddison and I had a normal life in the city until my dad told me that I was going to go to a boarding school for the rest of my life! I was in shock at first but then I realised that it was a start of an adventure!
Morning in the city. Gloomy. Dark and sad and it is only 7 am and then I wake up and then the day starts fresh! I have no idea why but it just does. "Maddie! Breakfast is ready!" Shouted my mum rocking the whole apartment building with her loud voice, " I'm coming down in a minute mum. I am doing my hair!" I said "alright but your pancakes will go cold if you don't hurry!" "NO NOT MY PANCAKES! YOU DARE LET THEM GO COLD!" My mum chuckled as I ran down the corridor and when I got to the dining room I saw my dad and he did not look happy so I said " why so gloomy dad?" I said with a mouthful of food. "I have something serious to talk to you about Maddison", "what is it dad?" My smile soon started to fade away. " You know that you are not doing well in school as such." Said dad
" well at least I'm trying" I said,my mum started walking slowly towards my dad looking very sad and mutters under her breath "I'm sorry" and then my dad said "you are going to a boarding school in the middle of Wales suddenly I burst into tears and I shouted at my dad "WHY! WHY ME YOU ARE NOT EVEN MY REAL DAD! AND MY REAL DAD WOULD NOT APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!" Then my mum burst into tears as well and screamed " YOU HAVE TORN THIS FAMILY APART! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! YOU HAVE MADE MY LIFE A LOT HARDER BY TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO SOME SORT OF BOARDING SCHOOL! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT YOU EVIL MAN! WE ARE OVER!!" Then she stomped over to the door and slammed it into his face! I couldn't believe that I was going to a boarding school tomorrow.
