Missing.

||Chapter One|| The Fire.

It all started a quiet peaceful night, Before Mia woke up and quickly retreated to try and find her older brother Ciel. Her parents room were covered in flames, so she had no choice but to find Ciel.

"Ciel?!" Mia yelled as she ran around the burning house, coughing as the smoke was everywhere. She screamed once again "CIEL!!" she screamed her older brother's name before she suddenly fell through the floor and was knocked out. It was a few hours later as some firemen were holding her close in some blankets and keeping her warm and cozy, Mia blinked a couple of times before she looked around and screamed "Ciel?!" The firemen named Roy hushed her "Hey there pumpkin, You're safe." Mia looked at the tall man, he was wearing his fire outfit and looked like he was in 40's or lower. She shivered "Where's my brother..?!" She asked the man, Roy sighed "We don't know hun, but we do know you've lost your parents. We are very sorry." Mia eyes widen before she escaped the man's grip and ran towards the burnt house, Her eyes slowly filled up with tears "Mom.. Dad.." She whimpered and fell onto her knees crying into her hands. Roy sighed "Poor kid.." He walked over and crouched behind her and put his hand on her shoulder "I'm sorry for your loss." He said quietly, as Mia looked back as she just shook her head "My Name Is Mia, Mia Santos. She sighed as Roy smiled "Mia is a very pretty name, How old are you darling?" He asked the young girl, Mia looked away and sighed "I'm 16.." Roy nodded "Well Mia, Why don't you come to the station and stay over at my house with me and wife. We can take care of you till your ready to leave." Mia nodded slowly as she stood up. Roy wrapped his arm around mia and walked towards the others, Roy chuckled "Well fella's. I'm heading home to see Rachel, And I'll have her a little surprise." He grinned as the other nodded.
An Hour passed And Mia was bored out of her mind, It was 2 hours to get to Roy's damn house, and Mia hated how boring it was. Mia sighed as she thought to herself 'this dude takes way to long..why the fuck does he have to live so far?!" Mia groaned as she looked out the window. She sighed as she slowly turned on her phone and tried texting Ciel but it wouldn't go through. Mia felt hopeless and just started crying, she turned off her phone as Roy noticed her tears and sniffles. "Hey darling.. What's wrong?" He asked before he slowly drove through another street, Mia just shook her head "I've lost almost my whole family.." Roy sighed "I know how that feels." He said quietly as he kept driving. It was a quiet and the air around them was very awkward, before Mia started to speak "How..?" She said quietly. Roy looked down a bit before he kept driving "My Daughter and My two sons were kidnapped and killed." He said very quietly as he started driving quite fast. Mia frowned "Oh I'm so sorry Mr.Roy.." Roy smiled at mia sadly "It's okay darling.. We're almost to my home, I Can't wait for you to meet Rachel!" Mia frowned more "Yaa.. can't wait to meet her to."
